home visits, weekly meetings (pulong-pulong), etc.

1. Adopt effective mechanisms for better partnership.
2. Ensure assistance and support to the Integrated
Area/Community Public Safety Plan (IA/CPSP).
3. Formulate a three (3) year, term-based, Peace and Order
Public Safety Plan (POPS Plan).
4. Convene the Peace and Order Council to review, update
and approve the IA/CPSP.
5. Supervise the City/Municipal POC to gather and analyze
data.
