There are some steps for fabrication of :-
2.A) Chassis Building-
2.B) Transmission-
2.C) Breaking-
2.D) Steering-
2.E) Suspension-
2.A) Chassis Building- Actual dimensions taken for fabrication of chassis
Transmission consist following parts:-
    C1) BLDC Motor-
    C2) Batteries-
    C3) Controller-
    C4)Rear Axel Assembly-
Electric Vehicle Modeling:-
C1) BLDC Motor- .
   Peak output torque :- 18 N
   Continuous output torque :- 16 N.
   Weight of Motor:- 3-4 Kg.
   2KW BLDC Motor,3000rpm ,48volts.
C2) Batteries-
   48V, (12V X 4 Batteries)
   42 Ampere Hour,
   Lead Acid Battery
   Weight 15Kg each i.e 15*4=60Kg
C3) Controller-
     36 MOSFET controller,
     already programmed
     48V
   Td α Ia
   so, Td = Km.Ia
Where,
   Km is the motor constant.
   Vd α wd
   Vd = Km1 (wd)
   Pmech = Prot = T*ω
Where
   T- Torque
   ω- Angular Velocity
Mass of Vehicle-Approximately 280Kg
Angular velocity of motor-3000rpm
Motor Rating-2Kw
Radius of Wheeels-0.13m
Acceleration for 40 KMPH is 4.6 rad/s2
As Tractive Force is given as-
Ft= Fr +Fg +Fd +Fie
Where,
Fr- Force rquired to rol the tyres
Fg- Force required to overcome gravity
   Fd- Aerodynamic Drag
   Fie- Initial Force
Rolling force = W* ur
         = 280*0.03
         = 8.4 N
Gravitational Resistive force = W*sin(f)
               = 280*sin(5)
               = 24.4 N
Accelerative Force = m*a
           = (280/9.81)*4.6
           =131.3 N
Excluding Aerodynamic Drag
Total Tractive Force is 8.4+24.4+131.3= 164.1 N
 Now, Required Torque = Ft*Rw
                   =166.1*0.13
                   = 21.6 Nm
   C4)Rear Axel Assembly-
     Chain
     Spocket
     Break Disc
     Break Disk Hub
     Axel Lock
     Self Start Switch
     Rear Wheels
     Mounting Strips
2.C) Breaking-
Following Parts are used in basic Breaking System:-
• Break pedal,
• Master cylinder,
                                                      Certegy -Google
• Fluid (Oil),
• caliper,
• break piston
• break disk
 D) Steering System:-
 • Steering Colum
 • Steering Gears
 • Cam & Peg Gearbox
 • Rack & Pinion( Power Steering)
 • Steering Yokre
 • Steering Coupler
 • Tie rods Ends
This is the Gear Mechanism of Steering
2.E) Suspension-
• Springs to absorb the impact of shock
• Damper to control the spring motion.
Future Scope:-
• There are much more innovations are possible in EV sector.
• Future work will be specially done on transmission parameter of EV.
• Need of EV is that , day-by-day our natural energy source are on ending and Electric
Vehicle has more efficiency, pollution free (air, sound),Smooth for comfort.
• Now-a-days , Fast charging, battery
• life, efficiency, comfort, vehicle life stability of EV,weight of batteries all these are the
  most trending innovations points.
• Super capacitor or ultra capacitor concepts is also using in EV for extra power work.
