ADOLF JUST (1859-1936)
• His main contribution in the field of
naturopathy is his comprehensive book ‘Return to nature’. • He found “JUNUBORN” which was a model institution for the living of true natural life. Here he emphasized on the water cure methods along with other natural techniques like ruffing and staring the body. • The use of Geo-therapy, the use of clay or earth is one of his great healing agent. The earth bath or day bath is known all over the world by him. • RETURN TO NATURE! – ADOLF JUST • He was an enthusiastic follower of Rouse all. • Adolf Just was born on August 8th, 1859 in North Germany. • His oversensitive manue led to memasthecina, psychosis with religions hallucinations. • After passing high school, he becomes an apprentice in books store. • He then started his own book business. • JUST’S SOLUTION: • For every problem in life he tried to find a simple and natural solution. • From funeral procedures to education he spoke on everything. • He was against vivisection and vaccination. • He had less regard for homeopathy. • He criticised old nature cure methods. • He critisiced gymnastics. IMPORTANT TREATMENTS: • Natural • Barefoot walk, abdominal compress, douches, massages. • Naked bath. • Raw diet. • Fasting. • In 1903, he married his patient and had 5 children. • In 1906, his success of jung borne was at height. • In 1925, he withdraws to a secluded life in the lake of stauberg and was taken care of by 2 daughters. • He died on January 20, 1936 at the age of 74.
