Napkin Folding

Napkin folding
A folded napkin is placed on the table
for the guest to use to contribute to
the presentation of the cover and the
whole dining environment. The way
in which a napkin is presented
depends on the type of establishment
and the type of service.
Activity:
Demonstrate the different
styles in napkin folding:
Pyramid
Bishop’s Hat
Bird’s of Paradise
Lotus
Double Lotus
Performance Criteria
 Demonstrated 100% of the procedure in napkin
folding 50 points
 Demonstrated 90% of the procedure in napkin
folding 40 points
 Demonstrated 80% of the procedure in napkin
folding 30 points
 And so on
 
Assignment:
1. Make a research of the different
styles of table napkin folding.
2. Compile all the napkin folds we
have study using paper towels,
paste it in bond paper
