HOW VCM COUNTS

Checks for the presence and validity of


security marks, such as timing mark, UV ink
o If not valid, ballot will be rejected
Checks configuration in the SD card if
matched with the ballot serial number
indicated in the QR code
o If not valid, ballot will be rejected
