Objectives
To develop Unani Pharmacy as an independent discipline
and to modernize the traditional Unani Dawasazi with
adaptation of modern technological advancement.
This discipline has tremendous employment potential for
Unani graduates in hitherto unorganized but growing
Unani pharmaceutical industry in the country to work in
their R&D wings and to implement Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP).

Majoon-e- Flasifa in to Tablet form along with their Physicochemical and pharmacological evaluation
A project entitled as Comparative Chemical Analysis and
Development of SOPs of Unani Kushtajats Prepared from
Conventional as well as Modern Methods completed and
submitted successfully in 2010 funded by Central Council for
Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), Dept. of AYUSH, New
Delhi. Total grant received was Rs. 20,10,400/A Reorientation Training Program, (ROTP) organized by
the Dept. in 2010 from the grant obtained by dept. of
AYUSH.
