Rules and Regulations:
1. The tournament shall be played under the FIDE Laws of Chess under Swiss
League System.
2. Time Control : Below 1700 – 15 min + 5 sec increment from move one
Age Category – 30 mins + 30 sec increment from move one
3. Writing of moves is compulsory for classical tournament
4. No electronic devices/watches (any type) are allowed inside the playing area.
5. The management is not responsible for any mishap or untoward incident that
happens at the venue.
6. The tournament organizers reserve the right to make any necessary changes.
7. The tournament organizers have the right to Accept or Reject any entry
without further explanation.
8. Coaches and accompanying person are prohibited from entering the playing
hall starting from Round 1.
9. Player will be eligible for one higher prize only.
10. All prize winners are bound to attend the prize distribution ceremony if they
want to claim their prizes.
11. Prize will be disbursed within 10 working days from completion of the
tournament.
It is thereby considered that all players have thoroughly read and understood the rules
and regulations, and not following the same will lead to subsequent action against
them.
