To confirm your admission, Kindly present the ORIGINAL and ONE copy of the following
documents on the reporting date:
1. KCPE result slip
2. KCSE result slip
3. Birth certificate
4. National ID card
5. School Leaving Certificate.
You are also required to present:
1. Two (2) passport-size photographs with a plain, solid colored background.
2. Two (2) copies of this Letter of Offer of Admission.
3. Duly signed Bond of Conduct (Form B), Medical Certificate of Fitness (Form C) and Course

Conditions of Admission:
1. Timely payment of fees as outlined in the Polytechnic’s fee payment policy.
2. Compliance with the terms outlined in the Declaration for Admission and the Bond of Conduct.
Fee Payment:
• Total fee: Ksh 67,189 per year, payable in two installments
• Mandatory additional fee as outlined in the official fee structure ,downloadable on

Catering and Accommodation:
• Accommodation is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to
trainees enabled differently (PWD)
• Hostel fee: Ksh 8,000 per semester – payable only after confirming availability.
• Our cafeteria operates on a cashless, pay-as-you-eat system via the Equity Bank smart card.
Parents/guardians may top up this card via M-Pesa or bank deposits.
We encourage all trainees to utilize the Polytechnic cafeteria for safe, affordable meals.
