Introduction.
The objective of this document is to prepare a user manual for the CBI Bank
MUDRA SHISHU Module. The user manual ensured an understanding of the
current lending system for SHISHU MUDRA loan. The user will be able to
understand the journey and screen functionality and purpose of the screens.

Login screen.
Type the specified URL in the address space of your browser. Below screen will
populate to start customer journey with our bank.

DIY Journey (Self Serve)
Journey will be started by the Customer himself/herself
1. Enter Constitution, Mobile Number and Loan Amount. Check mark the I agree
Terms and Conditions button after reading them carefully.

2. Based on the mobile number, the pop up notification shows the details of the
customer as present in the Central Bank of India’s database.

a. The customer needs to be an existing customer of the bank for the mobile
number based verification currently.
3. When clicked on Yes, in the step 2 above, the DIY journey begins with the Basic
Details.

Enter the Loan Type and Purpose of Loan (both are mandatory).
4. Next, step after adding the loan details is the Banking and Other Details screen.

Upload the bank statement by clicking on the area under Please Upload
Bank Statement and the relevant IFSC, Account Number and Account Type.

Enter the Udyam Number to verify it against the Udyam database by


clicking it on the Verify button.

a. Currently the customer needs to have a bank account in the central bank,
the bank statement needs to be a relevant CBoI bank statement.
b. Enter the Udyam Number in the field provided and click on the Verify button to
verify it against the Udyam database.
5. There are three attempts to trigger the Udyam verification by clicking on the
Verify button.

If it is not verified successfully in this stage, then the customer has to


contact the bank for verification of the Udyam verification.
6. The Business Details are fetched based on the Udyam verification.

When the Udyam verification is successful, the following notification is


seen – KYC Verified Successfully.
7. After filling in the banking and other details the loan offer is shown to the
customer, an example is shown below.
a. When the slider is moved to change the loan amount or the tenure, do not
forget to click on the Re-evaluate Offer button.

It refreshes the EMI and Interest related details.

Before the re-evaluating action if the slider is dragged, the Accept button
remains inactive.
b. On clicking the Accept button, the user is taken to the further step.
c. This Slider can be adjusted with the range as shown in the picture
d. Post readjustment of the Slider, the User has to click on Reevaluate the
Offer
e. Pop up Message is also show on the Screen for clicking the Reevaluate
offer here in the Front End.
8. The next step is a collection of personal details. These details are auto-fetched
from the CBS database based on the mobile number verification for the
customer.
a. All the fields except Middle Name for the relative are mandatory on this
page.
b. If the Marital Status is selected as Unmarried, the Spouse related option in
the drop down would be deactivated.
The next step is collection of address details. The permanent address details are
auto-fetched from the mobile number verification.

c. If the Communications Address is marked the same as Permanent


address by clicking on the Yes radio button, the communication address
fields are auto-filled matching with the permanent address.
d. If the user marks the answer to the If Communication Address is same as
Permanent Address as No, the user has to manually fill the mandatory
fields for the Communication Address.
The next step is filling in the other details related to the applicant. These details are
fetched from the CBS as well, based on the customer’s mobile number verification.

e. While all other fields are read only as the details are auto-fetched, the
details about the Education and whether the applicant is physically
handicapped is to be selected from the dropdown under the respective
fields.
f. Read and check mark the link against the FATCA Declaration link.
9. The Business Details is the next step after adding the Other Details. The Business
Details are fetched based on the Udyam verification. The details are fetched from
the Udyam Database.
a. The No. of employees and the Investment Amount in Business are the
details to be filled by the applicant.
b. If the answer to Is address the same as Business address is selected as
Yes from the radio button as shown in 11b, the communications address
for the business are auto-fetched as filled in the business address as
shown in the figure 11c.
c. If the answer to the above question is marked as No, the fields for the
communications address are to be filled manually.
10. To select the desired branch for loan application processing, the next step is branch
search.

a. On entering the name of the location in the branch search field,


suggestions drop down are shown.

b. After selecting the branch, the Proceed button gets activated on the
Screen.
11. The loan summary is shown to the customer after the branch selection step is
completed.

Important Note: (Break Journey*)

● When the field inspection and personal discussion step is initiated, the process is
carried out at the bank starting with the User in a CPA Role reviewing the details
entered by the journey. It is explained in the Assisted Journey manual and
subsequently it has to be approved by an User having the Credit Role. (Maker
Checker Process for verifying the Personal Discussion (PD) Activity.
● When the Credit Review for the case gets completed, the customer can further
continue filling up the application in DIY mode from E-sign as shown below.
12. Restarting the Break Journey Post Successful PD in DIY Mode (Resumability)

The customer gets an intimation via message when the PD and Credit Review is
completed. The customer can further complete the application by logging into the
application via OTP verification again.

Same process is followed where post OTP Verification the System identifies the
stage and status of the Application and the journey resumes where it had ended.
The next step is E-sign for the user.

This screen is shown to the user on logging in to the application. Click on the
Proceed with eSign button.

Note:

Esign Initiation - After Clicking Proceed with Esign, Pls wait for a few
Seconds as a New Window will open which will redirect the user to complete
the Esign
13. The Signing Details are populated in a pop up as shown in the figure below.

This is the mandatory Terms and Conditions which the User has to agree as per the
Esign Guidelines!
14. On clicking on the Sign Document button the user is taken to a
redirection/protean’s website to validate his Aadhaar through an OTP which is
part of the Esign verification for the User.
15. The next step is to enter the OTP that is received on the customer’s mobile
number which is linked with Aadhar.
16. On validating the OTP, the customer gets a notification showing a message
Document signed successfully.
17. Email Confirmation Post Successful Esign -

Once the User completes the Esign he/she receives the e-signed
document on the email id which is being provided during the loan journey.

The User can see all the documents which have been esigned in one file
which is downloadable by the user.

Subject Line of the EMail which would be received from the Leegality
(Esign Service Provider): Everyone has eSigned ESIGN_A-MUD2403100XXXXX
(Application Id)
18. The Get E-sign status can be used to review the e-signed document after Aadhar
based OTP verification is successfully completed in the above step.

By clicking on the Next button, the user is taken to the Standing


Instructions page.
19. The SI date can be selected by the customer by clicking the date month and year
from the calendar drop down by clicking on the calendar icon.

The date is shown in DD/MM/YYYY format as shown in the example


below. Check mark across the consent to trigger the standing instructions.
20. The loan summary is shown to the customer after the SI is triggered. Under the
loan summary there are two buttons.

When the user clicks on the Download Agreement button the loan
agreement is downloaded in PDF on the device.

Note: The Agreement can be downloaded by the User in PDF Format


● When the user clicks on Done button the user is shown the Congratulations
button with loan application number and other details on it as shown

This is the Last Stage of the DIY Journey:

This is the Last Screen in a DIY (Self Serve) Journey

The customer will be communicated on the status of the application once it gets
successfully approved by the Branch
