Job description
As a Python Developer at Sciflare Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for building
and maintaining web applications using Python and the Django framework. You will work
on designing backend architecture, developing APIs, ensuring high performance, and
contributing to the overall technical direction of our projects. Your focus will be on
delivering clean, maintainable code and ensuring the application is scalable and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Maintain Backend Systems: Design, build, and maintain efficient,
reusable, and reliable Python/Django code.
• API Development: Develop RESTful APIs using Django and Django REST Framework
(DRF) for web and mobile integration.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and
work with ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) to ensure data is stored efficiently.
• Optimize Application Performance: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and
scalability of backend systems, especially in handling high traffic loads.
• Security: Implement robust security measures such as authentication, authorization,
and protection against common vulnerabilities.
• Code Review & Quality: Participate in code reviews, contribute to improving best
practices, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests and work with QA to ensure code is thoroughly
tested and issues are resolved efficiently like PyTest or Djangos test suite.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven Experience with Python: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Python programming.
• Django Expertise: Extensive experience with Django and the Django ORM (Object-
Relational Mapping) for building backend systems and APIs.
• Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and familiarity with GitHub,
GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Front-end Integration: Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
tools.
• Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container
management tools.

based, working from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM & all Saturdays & Sundays are
