This program is designed for university students (ages 18–25) at all academic stages. It is
especially beneficial for those facing academic anxiety, self-doubt, or fear of failure, as well as
students who want to enhance resilience and learning abilities.
3. Objectives
By the end of this program, participants will:

• Implement strategies for persistence in challenges.

4. Program Design
Title: The Growth Mindset Toolkit
Modules:

• Module 2: Embracing Challenges – Reframing failure as a learning opportunity.
• Module 3: The Brain’s Plasticity – Understanding neuroplasticity.
• Module 4: Building a Support System – Leveraging mentors and community.
5. Methods & Tools
The program uses interactive lectures, group discussions, role-playing, case studies, guided
mindfulness, and reflection journals. Materials: projector, worksheets, handouts, and mindset
questionnaires.

Option A: 1-Day Intensive Workshop:
