We take concentrated bets on deep tech moonshots that have the potential to transform the

society. We are builders before investors, partnering with founders who have deep domain
expertise and a mission to build technology that truly matters. Our goal is to serve as a venture
studio where painstaking R&D and patient capital come together to build products that truly
matter.
The role
Think of us as a sports team where versatility is key. Some days you're building investment
thesis, other days you're talking to customers, writing code, or helping portfolio companies
scale. No job is too small or too big.
What you'll actually do:
Research & Thesis Building
Dive deep into emerging tech areas. Build detailed industry maps. Spot disruption
opportunities before others do. Your research directly shapes our next moonshot bets.
Customer Discovery
Get out of the building. Talk to users, validate pain points, and gather insights that drive real
product decisions. You'll spend time in labs, factories, and wherever our future users actually
work.
0-to-1 Building
Take ideas from concept to prototype. Work with technical co-founders or solo on early MVPs.
Expect some failures - that's how moonshots work.
Studio Operations
Also, we are a start-up ourselves. From strategy and branding to rituals and team building, there
is a lot to be done on our journey to become a leading incubator of great companies.
What we're looking for
Experience: Reasonable experience in building products, startup growth, investing, or
consulting
Must-haves:
● Problem-solving chops: You've tackled hard, ambiguous challenges before
● Learning velocity: You pick up new domains fast and go deep quickly
● Execution drive: You don't just think, you build and ship
● Sports team mentality: You win together, learn together, and trust the game plan
