Operate as Corporations Under Color of Law
Introduction
It is a matter of record that in addition to every STATE being a corporation, so too are the city,
county, and sheriff. Each of these entities is incorporated under charters, statutes, and
registrations that make them operate as juridical persons with powers identical to corporations:
the ability to sue and be sued, to own property, to issue bonds, and to contract. What presents
itself to the people as "government" in truth functions as a network of corporate franchises,
each administering its own bylaws (statutes, ordinances, codes) in the same way a parent
company oversees its subsidiaries.
All of these corporate entities treat the people not as sovereigns, but as ens legis-legal fictions
created by the birth certificate and state registration system. By presumption, the man or woman
is reduced to a ward of the State, subject to parens patriae (the "parent of the nation" doctrine),
regardless of their actual capacity. This is done without full disclosure, without meeting of the
minds, and without lawful consent. The entire structure is operated under color of law-
appearing lawful but lacking de jure authority.
Corporate Structure at Every Level
States: Constitutions serve as corporate charters. States issue bonds, securitize debt, sue
and are sued, and maintain O-U-N-S numbers as proof of corporate status.
Counties & Cities: These are municipal corporations, created by statutory charter,
functioning as subdivisions of the State corporation.
Sheriff & Police: Sheriff's offices, police departments, and related agencies are corporate
bodies with tax IDs, budgets, insurance, and commercial liability bonds, functioning as
corporate enforcement arms.
Federal Overlay: Congress, FBI, and the U.S. Treasury are likewise corporate divisions
of the federal entity.
Thus, whether one deals with a city council, county board, sheriff's office, or State legislature,
they are all corporations in commerce, not sovereign institutions of law.
People Treated as ens legis
The ens legis is the corporate fiction (ALL-CAPS NAME) tied to a birth certificate and
state records.
Individuals are presumed to be acting as surety for this ens legis whenever they use
licenses, registrations, or government-issued IDs.
