Please note the following:
This sanction letter is valid for a maximum of 20 days from the date of issue and subject to terms and conditions
as stated above. Any change in terms and condition would require a fresh sanction letter.
This must not be treated as a "delivery order" in respect of the vehicle.
All cheques must strictly be issued in favor of " TVS CREDIT SERVICES LIMITED"
The final loan amount would be disbursed only on satisfactory receipts of above mentioned document to the
dealer mentioned above as per your request.
Kindly note that this intimation of approval and its terms are not to be treated as a Delivery or Vehicle release order.
Terms and Conditions:
If you are a cash repayment mode customer, ensure that you remit the dues on or before the due date and collect
the acknowledgement. If you are a ACH/ADM/PDC/E-Mandate repayment mode customer, ensure that your
bank account is adequately funded to avoid levy of additional charges for non-receipt of payment(s).
In case of any direct payments through mobility device, the SMS received from the Company's domain is a valid
acknowledgement for the mobility payments made by you.
We do not collect Original Registration Certificate. Please ensure that you collect the original RC from the show-
room where you purchased the vehicle and a photo-copy is handed over to the TVS Credit Services Limited
representative
In case of repossession of the asset, you will have to pay tow-away charges, godown charges, rentals and other
expenses incurred by the company for effecting repossession of the asset.
Company will send the pre-seizure intimation letter to you as per the terms and conditions mentioned in loan
agreement (Intimation letter may be treated/considered with the default intimation (or) 138 notice Intimation on
cheque bounce). Company will send the pre-sale Intimation letter to you as per the terms and conditions
mentioned In loan agreement to settle the dues before disposing of the asset.
Company will dispose the asset either through online bidding/physical presence of the buyer. However, company
will sell/consider the higher price only
Ensure that your vehicle is adequately insured at any point of time to protect you from theft/damage/any claims
arising from usage of the vehicle. The company is not responsible for any loss of life/damage to the vehicle.
The decision to give a loan and the interest rate applicable to each loan account is assessed on a case to case
basis, based on multiple parameters such as the type of the asset being financed, borrower profile, and
repayment capacity, borrower's other financial commitments, past repayment track record if any, the security for
the loan as represented by the underlying assets, loan to value ratio, mode of payment, tenure of the loan,
geography (location) of the borrower, end use of the asset etc.

Other Conditions:

Event of Default:
a. Failing to pay EMI or insurance premiums on the due dates
b. Misrepresents facts or fails to produce documents
c. Dies or becomes insolvent or wound up or any criminal proceedings initiated
d. Creates any encumbrance on the asset or uses the asset for illegal activities
e. Fails to Submit Registration Certificate of the asset
f. Any other acts which jeopardizes the interest of the Company

Alteration and Rescheduling of the Instalments:

a. If the entire loan amount is not drawn by the Borrower within 60 days from the date of first disbursement
b. By request from the customer
c. Rate of interest shall be as per the RBI guidelines as on the date of rescheduling

Repossession:
a. When the borrower fails to pay any amount or any amount becoming due or if an event of default occurs
b. After repossession of the assets and after giving notice to the borrower, if the borrower fails to pay the total
outstanding amount, interest and expenses, the company shall have the right to sell or dispose of the vehicle as
per law
c. The borrower shall be liable to pay all expenses for the repossession of the asset.

Termination:
The agreements shall be terminated only on repayment of the entire loan, interest and all other charges or on
termination of the agreement by the company on events of default.

The Lender, upon Borrower’s closure or settlement of the Loan to the satisfaction of the Lender, shall issue the No
Objection Certificate (NOC) along with Form 35 under “The Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989”, No Dues Certificate (NDC)
and all original documents which the Borrower has submitted in relation to the Secured Asset with the Lender
within 30 (thirty) days of such closure or settlement of the Loan either to the registered address of the Borrower
mentioned in the Transaction Documents or the Borrower may collect the same from the branch office which was
opted by the Borrower in the Transaction Documents. The Borrower may visit
https://www.tvscredit.com/branch-locator/ for locating the nearest Branch. NOC and NDC as issued by the
Lender shall be treated as sufficient discharge of hypothecation under the Loan Account(s) and can be used by
the Borrower for the removal of hypothecation on the Registration Certificate in the records of Regional Transport
Office (RTO). The Borrower may also download the NOC and NDC from TVS Credit Saathi Application or Borrower
Portal within 30 (thirty) days of the closure or settlement of Loan Accounts by using the Borrower’s registered
mobile number.

Company’s Rights:
a. Repossess the asset in the event of default
b. Right to sell or dispose or transfer of the asset in the event of default
c. Initiate criminal action for cheque bounce and ECS bounce
d. Initiate Arbitration and other proceedings for the recovery of the outstanding amount, interest and other
expenses
e. Disclose all or any default if committed by the borrower to CIBIL or any other agency so authorised by law

कंपनी आपको लोन अनुबंध म उिलखत नयम और शत के अनुसार जती पूव सूचना प भेजेगी (सूचना प को चेक बाउं स
होने पर डफ़ॉट सूचना (या) 138 नोटस क सूचना माना/समझा जा सकता है )। कंपनी आपको लोन अनुबंध म उिलखत
नयम और शत के अनुसार संप के नपटान से पहले बकाया का नपटान करने के लए पूव- ब सूचना प भेजेगी।
कंपनी संप का नपटान ऑनलाइन बोल/खरदार क भौतक उपिथत दोन म से कसी भी एक के मायम से करे गी। लेकन,
कंपनी अधकतम कमत पर ह ब/वचार करे गी।
आपको सु निचत करना होगा क आपका वाहन कसी भी समय चोर/त/वाहन के उपयोग से उपन होने वाले कसी भी दावे
से आपक सुरा के लए पयात प से बीमाकृत है । कंपनी कसी भी जीवन क हान/वाहन को नुकसान के लए िजमेदार नहं
है ।
लोन दे ने का नणय और येक लोन खाते पर लागू याज दर का नधारण हर मामले म अलग-अलग, कई मापदं ड के आधार
पर कया जाता है , जैसे वपोषत संप का कार, कजदार का ोफ़ाइल, और चुकौती मता, कजदार क अय वीय
तबधताएं, पछल चुकौती का ै क रकॉड यद कोई हो, अंतनहत परसंपय वारा दशाई गई लोन क सुरा, लोन से
मूय का अनुपात, भुगतान का तरका, लोन क अवध, कजदार का भूगोल (थान), संप का अंतम उपयोग आद।

अय शत:

a. जब कजदार कसी राश का भुगतान करने म वफल रहता है या कोई राश बकाया हो जाती है या डफ़ॉट क घटना होती है
b. संप का कज़ा लेने और कजदार को नोटस दे ने के बाद, यद कजदार कुल बकाया राश, याज और यय का भुगतान करने
म वफल रहता है , तो कंपनी को कानून के अनुसार वाहन को बेचने या नपटान करने का अधकार होगा
c. कजदार संप का कज़ा लेने के लए कए गए सभी खच का भुगतान करने के लए िजमेदार होगा।

कजदाता, कजदार वारा कजदाता क संतुिट के अनुसार कज चुका दे ने या नपटान कर दे ने पर, “मोटर वाहन नयम, 1989” के
तहत फॉम 35 के साथ अनाप माण प (NOC), कोई बकाया नहं माण प (नो यूज सट फकेट, NDC) जार करे गा, और
सभी मलू दतावेज, जो कजदार ने बंधक संप के संबंध म कजदाता के पास जमा कए ह, इस कज चक ु ौती या नपटान के 30
(तीस) दन के भीतर, या तो लेन-दे न दतावेज म उिलखत कजदार के पंजीकृत पते पर भेज दे गा या कजदार इसे उस शाखा
कायालय म वयं उपिथत होकर एक कर सकता है िजसे लेन-दे न दतावेज म कजदार ने चन ु ा था। कजदार नकटतम शाखा
का पता लगाने के लए https://www.tvscredit.com/branch-locator/ पर विजट कर सकता है । कजदाता वारा जार NOC
और NDC को लोन खाते(खात) के अंतगत हाइपोथीकेशन का पयात नवहन माना जाएगा और कजदार वारा ेीय परवहन
कायालय (RTO) के अभलेख म पंजीकरण माणप पर से हाइपोथीकेशन हटाने के लए इसका उपयोग कया जा सकता है ।
कजदार लोन खाते के बंद होने या नपटान के 30 (तीस) दन के भीतर यह NOC और NDC कजदार के पंजीकृत मोबाइल
नंबर का उपयोग करके TVS Credit Saathi Application या कजदार पोट ल से डाउनलोड भी कर सकता है ।

कंपनी के अधकार:
a. डफ़ॉट क िथत म संप पर कज़ा ले सकती है
b. डफ़ॉट क िथत म संप को बेचने या नपटाने या हतांतरण का अधकार
c. चेक बाउं स और ईसीएस बाउं स होने पर आपराधक कार वाई शु कर सकती है
d. बकाया राश, याज और अय खच क वसल ू  के लए मयथता और अय कायवाह शु कर सकती है
e. कजदार वारा कए गए सभी या कसी भी डफ़ॉट के बारे म सबल या कानून वारा अधकृत कसी अय एजसी को सूचत
कर सकती है
