THE MOUNTAIN OF THE FANS

The ego, which is formed from the activation of the differentiation complex of consciousness, is

deliver for your path of integration/individuation, acquiring sense and meaning
existential. However, as our ego consciousness, identified with the body and with the
the person usually gets paralyzed both in repetitive complaints and themes, as well as in
most archaic and instinctive demands of surviving, growing, and perpetuating - hunger,
security and sex; we cannot understand and guide ourselves through our process
of individuation that generally manifests in dreams, in events of
synchronicity and even in the symptoms - which are wounds through which the gods pass and all
existential potentiality.

Our consciousness does not have infinite capacity, only the unconscious does!
space is tiny, precious, and valuable. Therefore, it is crucial to decide what to keep.
inside it and what to throw away. However, even though we don't need to stay paralyzed in the
pains of the past, nor of the injustices that happened to us, or of the things that us
caused sadness, due to the existence of complexes, it is not easy to free ourselves from
automation caused by them. So, we need to learn from the lessons of the past,
but we should not dwell on them in the present, allowing space for pain and for a
continuous suffering. However, only through a process of self-knowledge is that
we can overcome complaints and physical or relational symptoms. Because the complexes
they keep us in the emotional memories of the past, they are autonomous and end up dominating
our mind, keeping us in self-deception and in the repetition of alienating automatism.

All our existence, from conception, is guided by affections. Everything that

directly or indirectly, physically or energetically, consciously or unconsciously in us
achieves and produces changes, which range from the physical to the spiritual, passing through the psychic,
familiar, professional, and social, we can call them affections. Many affections are perceived
through our consciousness, reaching one or more of the four studied psychic functions
in Jungian psychology. However, even when they emerge subliminally, remaining
imperceptible to our conscious mind, they produce effects on our
thought, feeling, intuition or sensation, potentially awakening emotions and,
consequently, the complexes. Since, many times, desires arise
regressive, stemming from the primordial security experiences lived in the
pre-egoic stages of the mother-baby relationship. Remembering that in the first six months of
life, we also experienced the experience of primordial loneliness.

Furthermore, due to the associative process that our psyche operates and all the formation
from the existing network in our brain, an affection can arise in a way, with intensity
and a specific way, and end up triggering changes in the total being. In other words, due to the
associative networks, a smell or a song can trigger biochemical changes that
they interfere with our thinking, feeling, intuition or perception. Changes
completely unjustifiable for those on the outside, as mere observers. That's why
the complexes are autonomous, keeping us reactive to affections, always in a pattern of
repetitive emotions that, due to constant reproduction, end up leaving us
dependent even on their corresponding biochemicals. Only through
self-knowledge is what will allow us to break out of this pattern. However, this process does not follow
a linear path and its manifestation occurs in leaps, usually in the form of
discontinuous and asymmetric, from the perspective of the manifest world. But, for the Self, it
it continues.

So, for self-knowledge to happen, we need to foster crises, situations of

disruption and deconstruction of automatism. Considering that, in my experience
Jungian, the metaphorical contents, symbols, imaginations, dreams, and fantasies are
great tools for the expansion of consciousness. Like in the alchemical metaphor that
I will describe, through the allegory of the engraving of the mountain of the followers, where the
rough stone, generally gray and laden with sufferings and pains, for being
burning inside, due to the autonomy of complexes and the existence of wounds and
we feel, in order to continue your path of evolutionary refinement you must submit to
external fire. The fire that will eliminate water, the corrosive feelings, that will give
stone the ability to be less susceptible to feelings and their respective emotions.
This process is continuous and begins with the conscious confrontation proposed by the formula
the alchemical term V.I.T.R.I.O.L.

Vitriol is a word derived from Latin, and it is formed by the initiatic formula that synthesizes

self-knowledge and mastery of the machine, we become clearer until
we reach the original diamond - which is our essence! That is, we must enter into
contact with the cousin matter, rectifying it through several passages, rites and
knowledge until we reach the mother tincture!

Self-knowledge after the confrontation of calcination allows the air to spread the.
dry material, leading to alchemical sublimation, which is the best way to
reduce the caustic and emotional effects of affections that provoke sensations,
feelings, thoughts, and dramatic and traumatic intuitions that occupy our
ego/consciousness in the form of complexes, which are at the root of producing diseases
all types and forms of symptoms. Sublimation produces the amplification of our
awareness, giving reason to our history, experiences, and emotions, helping in
overcoming calcination. Through sublimation we will be able to acquire understandings
broader about the occurrences of life. Only after we air the land, the limestone
crystallized, we will be able to water it with our feelings, the water of dilution or even
solution of complaints. Because, before the sublimation, the lime was alive and with water it
was calcining producing more burning and pain.

After air and water, sublimation and alchemical solution, insights will emerge, the
the warmth of creative intuitions that will produce the germination or putrefaction of the seeds,
fermenting fertile possibilities for growth and overcoming paralyzing complaints
and caustic. It is at this moment that we delve into the dramatic and/or traumatic contents.

choice, the separation, distillation of emotions, to make us lighter, happier,
