SERVICE PROVISION CONTRACT

P Y F CONSORTIUM CONSTRUCTIONS TULUÁ 2019

to celebrate a service provision contract that will be governed by the following
clauses:

FIRST. OBJECT. THE CONTRACTOR commits to THE

autonomy, the civil construction services for the project
which aims at 'DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION UNDER THE
MODE (NEW BUILD) MIXED BUILDING TWO (2) FLOORS.

It is established as the place of execution of this contract the


city of TULUÁ VALLE, with address at Carrera 25 No. 31-50.

SECOND. EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT. For the proper execution and


compliance with this service provision contract, in accordance with the plan and
the requirements indicated by THE CLIENT, THE CONTRACTOR
must do:

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. The contractor agrees to carry out the construction of the

CONTRACTING PARTY, in accordance with what is established in the previous clause; c) by
mutual decision of the parties, which must be recorded in a written document by

SEVENTH. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR. - They are special obligations


of the CONTRACTOR the following: a) To timely fulfill the object and the
agreed activities. b) Contribute their experience and the necessary knowledge
for the proper execution of the contract. c) Maintain absolute confidentiality or
confidentiality about the service provided, which may not be disclosed without the
prior written authorization of the CONTRACTOR. d) Answer the inquiries that

places where the activities subject to this contract must be carried out. f) Having

indicated in the second clause. In this regard, it must be rectified
immediately any total or partial non-compliance identified by EL
CLIENT. h) Fulfill all other obligations arising from the
nature of this contract and those established in the proposal and others
annexes.
EIGHTH. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY. They are special obligations
the following: a) obtain the commitment and participation

FIRST PARAGRAPH. During the execution of the contract, THE CONTRACTOR


does not assume any obligation of custody or security in relation to integrity
physical belongings or material goods of the CONTRACTOR.

NINE DAYS. INDEPENDENCE OF THE CONTRACTOR. THE CONTRACTOR will act


independently, using their knowledge and complying with
the obligations of this SERVICE PROVISION contract for the
effective development of the object mentioned in the first clause thereof; its
rights and obligations will be limited according to the nature of the contract and
of Colombian law.

TENTH. PENAL CLAUSE. In case THE CONTRACTOR fails to comply


any of the obligations that correspond to him according to what is stipulated in the
contract, as agreed in the previous clause, he will pay to THE
