3 bananas. Each cluster contains 5 bananas, The student did not understand the
grouping of darlanas he was authorised in,
(ii) The cost of each banana to be bought is Ugx 300. The school decided that each
Parent pays an amount of money equal to the cost of bananas bought from the
food market for their transport.
(iii) There is a need of 124 tomaives io supplement on the bananas the student
bought. The trader wants to know how many complete buckets, full plates and
the remaining tomatoes if each plate held a maximum of 5 tomatoes and each
bucket holds a maximum of 5 plates, he can make at the same time. To fund
the trip to the competition, they later saw it important to organise a minibus.
They raise Ugx 480,000 in total. They plan to use the money as follows:
- 45% on transport.
> 25% on food.
~ the rest on refreshments,
‘Your teacher of mathematics selects you in order to help the group.
Task:
(8) AS learner of Mathematics, help the group to:

volleyball (V), 18 students play both football and netball, 12 students play both netball
and volleyball, 15 students play boxh football and volleyball, and 8 students play all the
three sports.
‘Your teacher of mathematics chooses you to help him accomplish these tasks;
