TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEDIA3 Training Agreement


This Training Agreement is effective as of [29-July-2025] by and between MEDIA3 and
VICKY.

1. Purpose & Overview

The Trainee is being engaged for a one-month training period aimed at evaluating
performance and compatibility with the Company’s operations. During this period, the
trainee will complete assigned tasks as outlined by the Company’s management.

2. Training Duration & Early Transition Opportunity

Training Period: The training period will commence on [29-July-2025] and conclude on
[29-August-2025].

Early Transition Clause: The Trainee completes the assigned tasks before the end date
of this period; the Company will hire the trainee as a permanent employee based on the
performance of work.

3. Compensation & Payment Structure

Trainee Period Payment: During the first month, which will serve as the training period,
compensation will be performance-based. The employee will be eligible to receive a
monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000, based on the quality and
consistency of their work. This amount will be payable between the 1st and 5th of the
following month. Please note that the stipend will only be disbursed if the employee's
performance meets the organization's expectations to a satisfactory level. Upon successful
completion of the training period and subject to performance review, the employee may be
promoted to a full-time role.
Permanent Employment Salary: Upon successful transition to permanent employment,
the Trainee’s salary will be recalculated. The new compensation structure will include:

A fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 based on target
completion and performance metrics.

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives will be available for achieving


predefined targets and making overall contributions to the company's goals.

4. Leave & Attendance Policy

Time-off Restrictions: During the training period, taking leave is not permitted unless in
cases of emergency or when prior notice has been provided and approved by the designated
concerned person.

5. Work Schedule

Working Days: The standard working days for the Trainee are Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours: The official working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

6. Performance Review & Transition Criteria

 The Trainee’s performance will be reviewed periodically during the one-month


training.
 If you do not perform satisfactorily, the company reserves the right to terminate your
employment with two weeks' notice.
 Completion of tasks ahead of schedule, along with high-quality work, may result in
an expedited offer for permanent employment.
 The final decision regarding an early transition to permanent employment will be at
the sole discretion of the Company.

7. Confidentiality & Company Policies

 The Trainee agrees to adhere to all Company rules, security protocols, and policies
during the training period.
 Breaches of confidentiality or failure to comply with Company directives may result
in termination of this Agreement.
8. Term & Termination
Duration: This Agreement shall remain in effect for one month unless terminated earlier
under the terms set forth herein.

Termination: Either party may terminate the Agreement with adequate notice as specified
in the Company’s policies. In the event of unsatisfactory performance or breach of the
Agreement terms, the Company reserves the right to terminate the training immediately. "If
an employee's performance is unsatisfactory or if they fail to maintain proper discipline,
the company reserves the right to terminate their employment.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Tamil
Nadu/India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be resolved by
the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Acceptance

By signing below, both the Company and the Trainee acknowledge that they have
read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
