RE: REQUEST FOR INFRASTRUCTURAL SUPPORT DUE TO SHORTAGE
OF CLASSROOMS
I write on behalf of Senior Chief Adano Girls Secondary School to formally request
your urgent assistance in addressing a critical infrastructural challenge currently
affecting the school.
Over the past three years, the school's enrollment has grown significantly. In 2021, we
had only 26 students, but today, we proudly serve 400 learners.
This shortage of classrooms remains the most pressing challenge at Senior Chief
Adano Girls Secondary School. It has adversely affected the learning program and
continues to disrupt the education of our students..A midst the shortage of classroom
next year the school is expecting higher population attributed to junior secondary
school transition to senior school.This means the current situation will even worsen
and thus calls for prior preparation.In light of this we humbly request your support in
infrastructural development most pressing being shortage of classroom.
We remain committed to ensuring that all our students receive uninterrupted and
quality education, and we highly value your support and intervention in this matter.
Please find attached the minutes of the Board of Management meeting held on 31st
May 2025, where this issue was deliberated and the need for urgent assistance was
emphasized.
