I'm born in Bihar and raised in Delhi
I’ve Recently done my graduation in commerce from Delhi University and completed my schooling and intermediate
studies from CBSE Board Delhi

I want to join indigo airlines because I am passionate about the aviation industry and I admire indigos commitments

My best hobby is meditating and spending my free time at meditation and I also like spending time in nature and
capturing all the wonderful moments of beauty with my camera.

I come from a family of five, including my parents and elder sister , she got married and one younger sister persuing
graduation . My parents are both hard-working and dedicated to their family. My father is a private emplyee, and my
mother is a house wife

7. Why do you want to work as ground staff?

The aviation industry offers incredible growth potential. I’ve always been passionate about customer service and
working as ground staff provides the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world. I’d love to be part
of an industry that connects people across borders.

InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo), is an Indian low-cost airline headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
IndiGo is a leading Domestic & International Indian Airline which offers cheap, affordable, on time and hassle free

9. what do you know about indigo ground staff

Ground staff at the airport, work in shifts and have an important role in daily operations. Handling passenger
queries, cabin cleaning, catering, ticket sales, planning, monitoring and controlling airline flight operations are some
of the responsibilities they perform
10. what is the difference between ground staff and cabin crew
The main difference between ground staff and cabin crew is that ground staff work on the ground before
a flight, while cabin crew work on the plane during the flight

I am a self-motivated, honest and disciplined person with a positive attitude.
And I’m straightforward in nature that people don’t like so they disagree with my decision

12. What is your 2025 resolution?

My resolutions for 2025 are mostly going to be the same as that of 2024.
It’s going to be around career, mental and physical health, maintaining good relationships with
family/friends, and spirituality

13. How Do You Want To Improve Yourself In The Next Year?

I want to improve my communication skills by working on my public speaking and by practicing
active listening in my daily interactions. I often struggle with expressing my thoughts and ideas
clearly, and I want to become more confident and effective in my communication

14. How can you handle a passenger complaint

Listen attentively to the customer and empathize with the situation. Always remain calm so
that the situation can de-escalate rather than escalate
15. What are the negative emotions you have?
"I believe everyone experiences negative emotions at times. For me, it's occasional frustration when
things don't go as planned. However, I've learned to manage it well by staying calm and focusing on
finding solutions. This approach helps me maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations."

"I enjoy activities that allow me to stay active and connect with others. Traveling, exploring new cultures,
and meeting new people are passions of mine, which align well with the cabin crew role. Additionally, I
love reading and staying informed about the aviation industry to continually expand my knowledge."
Explain your daily routine?
I usually wake up at 6 am, but on weekends i wake up at 8 am. I start my day by drinking 1 glasses of
water After that I go to the nearest park and do some exercises to start the day with positivity and
vitality. At the end of the day, I review what I’ve accomplished and set goals for the next

Here, we are discussing the topic of Women's empowerment which means encouraging the power of women in our
country. Women constitute 50% of the world’s population.
Women are the backbone of our society, family, and existence. When girls are given equal access to education and
opportunities, they often perform better then boys. They are an incredible source of talent and potentialGandhiji
said “you educate a man, you educate only one person. You educate a woman you educate an entire family, working
in diverse careers and are financially independent for example Indira Nooyi who is the CEO of Pepsi, Droupadi
Murmu who is the newly elected President of India and The first female Prime Minister of India. The examples are
uncountable. So women need to empower and Each woman should stand up for herself.

2. Love Marriages Vs Arranged Marriages

First of all, we can't say which marriage is better than the other.
Because there were people who were happy in their love marriage & there were few people who were happy in
arranged marriages.
In my opinion, love marriage and arranged marriage both are good because everyone has their own thinking level
and thoughts about marriage.
Why I say both are good because both marriages have their pros and cons.

3. The Internet is an exercise in hype

According to me, the internet is playing a very important role in our life. Only because of the internet we all are able
to discuss this topic. Internet is required by everyone whether it is a student, businessman or all others. There are
many things in the world that we don't know but with the help of the internet, we can know everything about
them.It helps a lot of students who lives in remote area, they can get academic knowledge through online classes.
Internet helps with reservations also whether it is in a train, aeroplane, bus etc. It also helps with hotel booking
without standing in a long queue.
4. Lessons learned from Covid 19
COVID-19 has been considered the most significant threat since World War II and the greatest global
health disaster of the century. The global COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic had severe negative impacts
on the global economy. During 2020, the world's collective GDP fell by 3.4 percent.
5. What is your favorite memory of your life?
My whole life was filled with lot of memories. on of them is Lockdown period, we all got locked
up inside our houses. I too came back to my home staying all time inside my room.
