LIVER :- Normal in shape, size. It measures (133mm.)Parenchymal echotexture is normal.Portal &
hepatic venous system is normal.Intra hepatic biliary channels are normal.no any mass
lesion seen .
GALL BLADDER :- Normal in shape & size. Well distended and appears normal no calculus
seen .wall
thickness normal , no pericholecystic fluid noted C.B.D. appears
normal.
PANCREAS :- Normal in shape, size & echotexture. No M.P.D. dilatation seen.
SPLEEN :- Normal in shape, size & echo texture. It measures (92mm).
KIDNEYS :- Both kidneys are normal in position, size and echotexture. cortico-medullary
differentiation is well preserved. pelvicalyceal systems are not dilated. no
calculus/No mass seen.
Ureters :- Both Ureters are not dilated.no calculus.
U. BLADDER :- Partially filled. Wall thickness is normal.No mass/calculus seen.
UTERUS :- Anteverted, normal in size Measure (65x32x41mm.)with normal echotexture.
Endometrial midline and normal thickness. myometrium appears normal . No
evidence of any focal or generalized parenchymal lesion is seen .
CERVIX :- Normal in shape, size & echo texture .
ADENEXA :- Both ovaries are normal in shape, size & echo texture.
CUL - DE - SAC :- No free fluid collection seen in PID
OTHERS :- No mesenteric lymph adenopathy is seen.
No free fluid is seen in peritoneal cavity.
Excessive bowel gas seen in epigastric region and whole abd.
IMPRESSION :- Findings are suggestive at the time of scanning:-
Normal.
