moments.

And I’m Sheikh Ayaan Zain, a student of 2nd year from team PROMOTIONS, and it is my
honor to be your host for today’s closing ceremony of IEEE PES NEDUET.

EK: I am Eraj Khan, a student of 2nd year from team HUMAN RESOURCES, and we both
are truly delighted to celebrate this vibrant community IEEE. From sleepless nights to
sparkling achievements, from small steps to giant milestones today we gather to wrap up a
journey that was truly unforgettable. We extend a heartfelt welcome to our honorable faculty,
advisors, ExCom, directors, members, and all our guests.

AZ: And before we start, let’s begin this occasion with the name of Allah. We now invite

EK: As we gather here today in celebration, it is important we also remember those facing

AZ: Now that we’ve officially begun this memorable evening, let’s take a moment to reflect
on what brought us all here. IEEE the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
the world’s largest technical professional organization. At NED, IEEE PES has been a
platform where passion met purpose. So, before we dive into the speeches and celebrations
let’s relive the moments that made this tenure truly unforgettable.

And where better to begin than with the ones who led it all from the front the dreamers, the
doers, the decision-makers.

moment of pride not just for PES, but for NED itself. Out of all the events held across IEEE
Region 10 our very own was selected as the Event of the Month for September 2024.
This incredible achievement was earned by the K-Electric Bin Qasim Power Station II
Visit, organized by IEEE PES NEDUET. From planning to execution, it stood out globally
and today, we celebrate that recognition as Winners of IEEE PES R10 Event of the Month.
Let’s take a moment to applaud every individual who made this milestone possible.

chapter always supportive and encouraging. She always played a key role in the smooth

EK: Now, as we continue to honor the people who made this incredible journey possible, it’s
time to recognize someone whose role has been vital behind the scenes – Dr. Raja Masood
Larik, the Event Coordinator of IEEE PES NEDUET, he has been a constant source of
guidance. His dedication, tireless efforts, and exceptional organizational skills have ensured
that every event runs smoothly and professionally. Please join me in welcoming and
appreciating Dr. Raja Masood Larik.
AZ: After all that inspiration and emotion, it’s time to add a little fun to the mix!

EK: Exactly! Because while positions and responsibilities matter… let’s be honest
sometimes your identity is defined by the fun titles.

AZ: So now, we’re handing out the “Unofficial, Yet Unforgettable Titles” the ones you’ve
earned through your chaos, and charm throughout the tenure. Let’s begin the Fun Titles

EK: It’s time to recognize the driving force behind every successful domain the ones who put
in the hustle. It’s time to present the Best Member a token of appreciation from each

AZ: And that wraps up our celebration of the amazing team members who’ve been the true
engines behind PES this tenure. But we’re not slowing down just yet because it’s time to pick

Promotions and Tehreem Shakir from Team Event management and logistics.

watching the chaos unfold! And now, as we shift from playful to proud, it’s time to recognize

This shield is not just a token it’s a thank you for every late night, every plan, and every
successful event they made happen.

EK: Thank you Amna and Tehreem for making these activities so fun. After all the energy,
laughter, and incredible activities it’s time to take a meaningful pause. Because now, we step
into a moment of reflection, leadership, and appreciation. The strength of this tenure didn’t
just lie in its events or numbers it came from the people who carried the vision, took the
pressure, and stood tall through it all. They are the pillars of every success this chapter has
celebrated. This year they didn’t just hold positions they carried responsibilities, faced
challenges, and turned them into achievements. Yes, we’re talking about the heartbeat of
this tenure… the Executive Committee of IEEE PES NEDUET.
Let us now welcome them on stage, one by one, as we recognize their journey and invite

AZ: Beginning with the Branch Representative – Naima Mansoor Starting her journey from
the Information Technology domain, she has grown into the role of Branch Representative
someone who keeps the society closely connected with its members. From communicating
updates to addressing concerns, she ensures everyone stays informed and involved. Let’s
welcome Naima Mansoor on stage.

Managing Director – Abdul Rehman Amin joined from the Information Technology domain;
Abdul Rehman Amin now serves as the Managing Director. With his strong grip on planning
and coordination, he played a key role in ensuring smooth execution and keeping the team’s
efforts aligned. Please welcome Abdul Rehman Amin on stage.

Treasurer – Zargham Jaffery Starting from the Promotions team, he took charge of financial
responsibilities as the Treasurer. From budgeting to record-keeping, he’s handled the
society’s finances with responsibility and transparency. Let’s have Zargham Jaffery on stage.

EK: General Secretary – Shajia Shakil began her journey in the Graphics & Media domain
and went on to become the General Secretary. Her attention to detail and organized
approach have helped maintain structure and keep everything on track. Let’s invite Shajia
Shakil on stage.

Vice President – Shamia Zaman Coming from the Promotions domain, she stepped up as
Vice President. Always ready to guide, assist, and uplift the team, played an active role in
ensuring every department runs smoothly. Please welcome Shamia Zaman on stage.

President – Ayesha Khurram She started her journey in Human Resources; took on the lead
role as President. With clear direction and a strong sense of leadership, she has guided the
team through this tenure with purpose and unity. Let’s invite Ayesha Khurram on stage.

EK: And with that, we come to the end of an unforgettable evening one filled with
celebration, laughter, and a whole lot of PES spirit. From honoring our teams to reliving our
memories, and of course, the chaos of all those fun activities this evening truly captured
what IEEE PES NEDUET is all about.

AZ: We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who made this tenure possible. Thank you
for your dedication and being a part of this incredible journey. As this chapter closes, may
the spirit of PES live on in every one of us in our passion, work, and the friendships we’ve
built along the way.

AZ: Just before we officially close this chapter… there’s one final, powerful moment left.
A new journey is about to begin. A new leadership is ready to rise. It’s time to pass the torch
to the ones who will carry the legacy forward, write new stories, and build the next tenure of
IEEE PES NEDUET.
