Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal, is committed to fostering social
responsibility and practical engagement among its students. As part of our curriculum, we have introduced a
compulsory Community Internship Program (Course Code: MCC1201D) for our B.Tech Mechanical
Engineering undergraduate students. This program aims to sensitize students to societal needs, encourage
them to develop essential life skills such as empathy, teamwork, and leadership.
A student from our department will be undertaking their community service under your esteemed
guidance/organization/authority, starting from dated: .

The student is required to contribute a minimum of 80 hours of dedicated service, with a maximum of 8
hours counted per day, implying a commitment of at least 10 working days. We respectfully request your
kind support in supervising the student's activities during their internship period.
Upon successful completion of the required hours and activities, we kindly request you to issue an
authorized Completion Certificate on your organization's/ Panchayat's/authority's letterhead. We assure
you that our students are instructed to adhere to all safety protocols, respect local customs, and work
