Cybersecurity is the art and science of protecting the systems, networks, and data in cyber space

Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 recently passed by the Parliament.

CONCLUSION
In the new digital era, where cyber is the 5th domain of warfare, India should keep the National Digital Governance
Policy (NITI) and Hyderabad declaration in mind to truly create a 'Cyber Surakshit Bharat .
With cyber exploitation becoming more sophisticated, more targeted, and more serious, multipronged approach like
strict regulations, data localisation and public awareness is needed.
