Automatic/Manual Sampling System

The report of LNG components is very important document for custody transfer (such as load and unload, received for
shipment). Normally the component of LNG is analyzed by GC in laboratory, it is very difficult to get repeatable and
representative sample from the pipe line. ALNG‐6000 automatic/Manual sampling system gives out best solution for the
representative sample taking.

Sampling system introduction:

ALNG‐6000 Automatic/Manual Sampling System is designed to take liquid natural gas sample from pipe line, using special
technology of supercritical complete gasification, filled up the sampler with gaseous natural gas. This innovatory sample
way has well solved some difficult problems like the sample is mixed by gas and liquid, the sample is gasified unevenly, etc.
the end user can obtain high representative sample for laboratory analysis. ALNG‐6000 Automatic/Manual Sampling
System is in compliance with the ISO 8943.

Automatic/Manual Sampling System

 The LNG sampling system is used to monitor the gasification accuracy of the FRSU and FLNG sampling systems
during the loading of LNG carriers.

 The LNG sampling system is also used to monitor the real-time gasification characteristics of the sampling
gasification system used for trade handover at the LNG terminal when unloading vessels.
