About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology
team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to innovative AI/ML initiatives that
are integral to our SaaS product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to
design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions for various
business applications.
• Analyze complex datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and
model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Implement and fine-tune AI/ML algorithms across supervised, unsupervised, and
reinforcement learning domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate AI/ML models
into scalable SaaS products.
• Lead and mentor junior AI/ML team members and interns.
• Contribute to research and development efforts, exploring new techniques and
technologies to enhance AI capabilities.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports on project progress and findings.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, data science, and cloud
technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI model development, and
data science.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-
learn.
• Strong expertise in data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries
(Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and data pipeline management.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management.
• Previous experience in SaaS or enterprise-level AI/ML solutions.
