PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE

sacher Conference (PTC) vill be held as part of our school's on-going
forts to engage you in partnership towards your chik'stward's education.
Friday, 30 May 2025
(No lessons for students. Primary § and 6 students
are strongly encouraged to attend PTO)

PTC isa vital component in our schoo! to allow you to meet our Subjest Teachers in
person and discuss the holistic report of your chid'siward's academic results,
‘classroom engagement and overall wel-being
Parents are encouraged to book time slots to conference with the English,
Mathematics and Science Subject Teachers via Parents Gateway (PG) App. You will
receive PG notifications sent by these Subject Teachers by Friday, 16 May 2025.
Ontine registration will be opened from 18 May 2026 at 8.00 a.m. (Monday) to
25 May 2025 at 8.00 p.m. (Sunday)
a ‘There is no need for you to book time slots to meet the Mother Tongue Teachers. If
you wish to conference with your child sward’s Mother Tongue Teachers, you are
invited to directly walk into meet them inthe hall on 30 May 2025.
It you are unable to attend or secure a time slot for the PTC, please indicate in the
Comments section forthe Subject Teachers whom you would like to meet, and they
will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
We seek your understanding to adhere to your selected time slot for the
conferencing as itis by appointment only.
