1- Regarding the virtual computer: which operating system do you need, Ubuntu or
Windows? How much time will you need? And how much disk space?
2- Payment flow:
Once the document is completed,
it goes to the payment gateway, where a €0.50 trial will be charged for a 24-hour trial of the
service (generating up to 5 more documents). After 24 hours, if the client has not
unsubscribed or requested it by email, they will be charged a €39.90 monthly subscription
(unlimited document generation).
3- PayPal integration is not required. Payment methods will be: bank card, Google Pay, or
Link.
Depending whether your email matches and/or if you have Google Pay configured in your
browser, you will have link option or GooglePay:
4- Stripe must be integrated into the website. When you go to the payment gateway, it
should not go to Stripe, but remain on our URL. I've attached an image of how it looked in
the demo, and how we want it to look like on doclegal.online.
5- Establish and emphasize the format of each document must match its type: for
example, a letter, a contract, bylaws... To do this, we must improve the prompt given to the
AI (document type, country legislation, format/structure, etc.).
6- Top 10 or 20 most requested files on the landing page. (We'll tell you which ones to
include).
7- Second page: Documents categorized as in doclegal.online + search bar
Where you can search for the documents on our lists like in Doclegal but also you can
generate through AI (how can you limit searches in that search engine to only legal
documents, and not other things?)
8- We are downloading some of the documents so you can see the formats and submit
them to the AI so it can capture the most detailed requirements for each type of
document. Since they are on AWS, we haven't been able to download them in bulk, so we
are doing it manually and will send them to you throughout this week.
9- I am generating a user profile so you can view our admin panel and its functions:
As for the admin dashboard we are using Metronic, which you can adapt to the needs like:
Client lists:
See client data:
Set/change prices automatically:
Edit legal terms and conditions, FAQs directly in the website
Users:
In our case, we used to generate manually with code the documents:
This is not necessary anymore:
Basically, for us in the dashboard, we need:
KPIs (sign-ups, cancellations, subscriptions per day, and per month...)
Client list with personal registration data, subscription status, invoices, etc.
Employee/user list
Company data (edit prices)
Legal texts
