About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Flutter/Dart Software Developer* to join our growing team. As part of
our mobile development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-
platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, backend
developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code.


* Design and build advanced applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
* Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and back-end services.
* Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and maintain code quality.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
* Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical
experience).
• 2+ years of experience in mobile app development using *Flutter and Dart*.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, etc.).
• Experience with Firebase, local storage solutions (e.g., SQLite, Hive), and state management.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Android Studio, Xcode).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Nice to Have:
* Experience with deploying apps to App Store and Google Play.
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile app deployment.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
* Experience with testing frameworks like Mockito or integration testing in Flutter.
