□ Commissioning & calibration of Field inst. like Thermocouples, RTD's,
Transmitters (YOKOGAWA, ROSEMOUNT, ABB, HONEYWELL), Pressure, Temp.,
Flow switches, solenoids (ROTEX, ASCO, KELTRON, IL) I to P converters
(INSTRUMENT LIMITED, WATSON SMITH, ABB)
□ Calibration of Smart(Siemens) & pneumatic(ABB) positioners.
□ Troubleshooting & servicing of Field components.
□ Worked on Calibrators like Hydroullic compresor, Dead weight tester (Buden Berg)
, Nagman loop Calibrators (Pump & Desk) & temp. bath.
□ Calibration & commissioning of Vibration Sensors, (Bentley Newada), flame scanners.

□ Maintenance & Calibration of pressure switch and level swithes.
□ CHP, AHP and LSHP all instruments and its working and maintenance.
□ Maintenance of Wagon tippler, Stacker and Reclaimer, Coal and lime stone
crusher, conveyor system instruments e.i. pcs, bss, zss, metal detectors, Ilms, rtd,

BSS, ZSS, Belt weigher, metal detector etc.
