India in Civil Appeal No.
As per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of
Officer, HUDA and
7707 of 2025 (arising out of SLP no. 15148 of 2017) titled as Estate
others vs Nirmala Devi and other connected Civil Appeals, decided vide order dated
14.07.2025, online applications are hereby invited from the respondentswho were party to
the above mentioned Civil Appeals for consideration of their claim under oustees quota in
terms of the policy dated 11,08.2016 as modified on 08.05.2018. They shall apply on the
prescribed performa alongwith requisite earnest money in the O/o Estate Officer, HSVP,
Kaithal. It is made clear that the respondents who are not able to apply online, can also
apply through offline mode alongwith requisite earnest money on the prescribed performa.
It is intimated that theclaims of the applicants will be considered strictly as per policy dated
11.08.2016 read with policy dated 08.05.2018 and no claim will be considered in terms of
the policy of the year 1992 as has been observed by the Hon 'ble Supreme Court.
The oustees are requested to apply along with application money of Rs.
50,000/- on the prescribed performa for the Sector for which their land was acquired. The
claims will be decided in terms of policy dated 11.08.2016 read with policy dated
08.05.2018.
The detailed terms and conditions, terms of payment, policy guidelines and
Sector wise & category wise details of the plots, are available on the HSVP website i.e.
(www.hsvphry.org.in).
The scheme will start w.e.f. 31.07.2025 and close on 28.08.2025 at 5:00 P.M.
No further extension of time for the purpose of applying will be given to any of the
respondents. This advertisement is being issued only for respondents in compliance of the
directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal no. 7707 of 2025 and connected matters
decided on 14.07.2025.

Note:- It is hereby clarified that the respondents who had applied for
allotment of plots under oustees category in the advertisement issued by the HSVP
earlier on any other occasion, shall have to apply afresh.
