Assessment Deliverable

As a new University of Phoenix student, you're likely juggling coursework, a job, and family
commitments. Despite a busy schedule, your determination has seen you through the past 4
weeks, overcoming challenges with time management, goal-setting, and communication.

Self-reflection is an important part of learning. Reflect on your experiences in this course,

thinking about your successes and any challenges you overcame.

This assessment is different than the summative assessments you completed in Weeks 3 and 4.
Instead of completing an autograded knowledge check, please respond to the following
questions in the Submission box below:

1. Goals are good! How does setting goals lead to success? What are the benefits of both
short- and long-term goals? Share specific details in 100–150 words.

2. Your goals matter! How do you plan to achieve short-term objectives and the long-term
success of graduating? Provide a detailed response in 150–250 words.

3. Time management is key to success. How have you used time management strategies to
meet your goals, and which ones will you continue using? What resources (UOPX
resources or otherwise) have you used to help overcome challenges? How do you see
these enhanced skills benefiting your future career? Be specific and incorporate details
from the myBook in your response with 200–350 words.
4. Communication is a skill that grows. How has this course improved your communication
skills, and how do you see these enhanced skills benefiting your future career? Explain in
150–250 words.

Please submit all of your responses in a single post. Also, number your responses in the
submission box according to the question you are responding to. (See the example below for
formatting.)
