Let’s take you on a quick walk through the Celebal Technologies lane, where you will get
insights into Celebal’s present, past and future and how Celebal (Celebal Technologies)
functions and where it stands in the current IT Industry.

Slide 2: Celebal is a Service based IT Company which was founded in the year 2016 by two
young Tech Enthusiasts- Anupam Gupta and Anirudh Kala. When the whole India was moving
towards Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru for IT jobs; these two prudent minds visioned an
idea of providing job opportunities for the talent in North India with the purpose of creating an
everlasting impact on global IT Industry.

Slide 3: Celebal Technologies transforms the traditional enterprise solutions to modern cloud
practice. Businesses around the world have been using traditional technologies in their day-to-
day operations for a long time, Celebal transforms these traditional technologies into modern
cloud solutions and simplifies the traditional approach to make it more comprehensive for
them.

Also, it reflects our current headcount of 3000+ employees and the strength of our employees
who are proficient with Data Science, Azure & Databricks certificates. Along with our work
spreads in various industries.

its geographical footprints worldwide.

The Company, having its headquarters in Jaipur Rajasthan, is currently operating from multiple
locations globally. We have our offices in India, US, Canada, UAE, Japan, Australia, APAC,
Thailand & Malasia.

Slide 6: Here you can see the various pillars on which Celebal stands in domains we work into.
To make it more understandable, let us take an example of everyday life of a commoner.
Whenever we are required to buy household items, we try to find a place where we can get all
our needs served such as groceries, stationery, cleaning supplies etc. Departmental stores serve
this purpose where we can find all these things under one roof, which saves our time and is
cost effective.

Now let us assume that Vodacom, which is a communications and financial services provider
giant, comes to Celebal with a need to move their data center from Johannesburg to Capetown.
We take the project and start establishing a new infrastructure. Along with infra we can also
offer them our Data Security Services to keep the newly mobilized data secure. Moving ahead if
they want to add more advanced features in their product applications, we can provide them
with our Super App Services. And if they also want to be able to connect with their customers in
a more efficient way, we can provide them Chatbot services. Now, a giant organization like
Vodacom must be receiving a bulk of data every day about their products and services,
customer reviews and many more. To make this data useful, Celebal offers its power platform
services where we can process this data and convert it into reports which can provide a basis
for big strategic decisions.

Hence it makes Celebal a multiple solution providing company, where a business can find all of
its needs served under one roof.
We provide a tailor-made solution which has always been appreciated by our end customers.

Slide 7: Here you can see your career growth with Celebal. Being a fresher, you are hired as an
Intern and after four months you get converted to a trainee. Once you finish eight months with
Celebal, you become a full-time employee of Celebal and get all the benefits of an FTE. In two
years of working with Celebal you can become a consultant. Within a short term of two years,
you become a consultant from an intern.

of our employees by conducting soft skills sessions to improve their business communication
skills and give them opportunities to get technically certified by Microsoft and Databricks. We

Slide 10: In this slide you can see some of the campus engagement programs Celebal conducts.
We invest in bridging the industry-Academy gap by conducting these programs. By grooming
the young talent, and making them industry ready, we also contribute to increasing the
Employment Ratio of the country. Centre of Excellence is a corporate-like structure which we
establish inside a college campus. Students clear a selection process and get selected for COE
and then they get trained under Train/Hire/Deploy model.
CCE is a program which is run by the students for the students. Celebal Campus Executives are
the students who are already hired for Celebal and curre
ntly finishing their college degrees. They act as our representatives and spread word among
other students about Celebal and its functions.
CSI is our annual Summer Internship Program, about which we will discuss in the next slide.
CLE is the program which we run on Hire/Train/Deploy model.

Slide 11: Here you can see the statistics of CSI’24 & 2023 glimpse. This is the third season of CSI,
and it is already becoming an enormous success. This year we received more than 11500+
registrations from all over the country and across the border. Out of which nearly 7000
students were selected post profile shortlisting. And after clearing the selection process around
5000 applicants were shortlisted as our Summer Interns.
On the bottom you can see the list of some prominent colleges from which we received
registrations and are currently a part of this CSI’24 program.
