A. CONNECT (5 mins)
"All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them." --Walt Disney

Close your eyes for a moment. Pause and reflect. Was there an instance in your life that almost
made you want to quit school? How did you overcome it?
Yes, there was a time when I almost gave up. It happened during final exams—I only needed one point to pass
Psychological Assessment. That one point felt heavier than a mountain. I was tired, burned out, and afraid. But
instead of giving up, I chose to fight for that one point. I reviewed harder, prayed harder, and reminded myself
why I started in the first place. I asked help from classmates, stayed up late to understand the lessons, and
gathered the little courage I had left. In the end, I passed—not just the subject, but the fear of failure. That
moment reminded me that sometimes, strength shows up not in big victories, but in the decision to keep going
even when you're at the edge.

B. COACH (Do and Think) (35 mins)

Take a deep breath and assess how you feel. Be honest. In the first 3 boxes, shade the
emoticon that best describes your emotion at the moment. In the next box, state the reason or
the cause. And if given a chance to change your fate, say what you want to happen in replace of
your current situation.
