TERMS AND CONDITIONS QRIS PROMO PROGRAM MAP

1. The “QRIS Promo MAP” program is held from May 1, 2025, at 00:00 WIB until May 31, 2025, at
23:59 WIB (“Promo Period”) by PT Super Bank Indonesia (“Bank”) in collaboration with PT
MAPCLUB Digital Asia (“MAP”).
2. This program applies under the following conditions:
a. Customers must conduct QRIS transactions through the Superbank application using
funds from their main account or savings pocket.
b. The QRIS transactions as mentioned in point (a) fall under several categories and reward
schemes as follows:

c. Customers will receive rewards according to the applicable scheme when they transact at
merchants included in the above schemes.
d. Customers can only receive rewards once for each scheme per month.
e. QRIS transactions must be conducted using the GPAY Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
machine available at MAP merchants. Before making a QRIS transaction, customers
must inform the cashier to use the GPAY EDC machine so that the Superbank QRIS
transaction can be processed.
3. The cashback reward will be granted in the form of MAPClub Points, which can be used through
the MAPClub app available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. The Bank will distribute
MAPClub Points rewards based on the following criteria:
a. If the customer does not have a MAPClub account, one will be created using the
registered phone number in the Superbank account.
b. If the customer already has a MAPClub account, the cashback reward will be credited
directly to their registered MAPClub account.

4. Customers must ensure that the phone number used in the Superbank app is valid and the same
as the one registered with their MAPClub account.
5. MAPClub Points rewards will be credited to the customer’s MAPClub account within a maximum
of 10 (ten) business days after a successful transaction.
6. MAPClub Points rewards can only be used according to the terms and conditions set by PT
MAPCLUB Digital Asia, which can be accessed on the official MAPClub website.
7. Superbank reserves the right to verify customer transactions eligible for rewards.
8. This promo is free of charge and available to customers who have downloaded and are using the
latest version of the Superbank app (Version 1.15) with the QRIS feature.
9. Any rewards received by customers must be reported in their annual tax report (SPT). Tax
obligations arising due to failure to report rewards are not the responsibility of Superbank. Taxes
on cashback rewards are borne by the Bank.
10. Customers agree that the Bank has the right to:
a. Cancel or suspend the reward distribution or participation in the program.
b. Nullify activities undertaken by the customer to meet the program requirements.
c. Reject customer transaction requests or instructions, whether financial or non-financial,
for correction purposes based on Superbank’s investigation findings. If any indications of
fraud, suspicious transactions, or attempts to manipulate the system are found, the Bank
reserves the right to reclaim rewards granted using legally permissible methods.
11. By participating in the “QRIS Promo MAP” program, customers acknowledge and agree to all
terms and conditions, which are subject to Superbank’s Banking Service Terms, PT MAPCLUB
Digital Asia’s terms and conditions, and applicable laws and regulations.
12. Superbank reserves the right to amend the program terms and conditions by providing prior
notice through Superbank’s communication channels.
13. The Bank is solely responsible for distributing cashback rewards for QRIS transactions according
to the applicable scheme. The Bank is not responsible for any issues related to the use of
MAPClub Points within the MAPClub app.
14. Superbank’s decisions, terms, and amendments regarding the “QRIS Promo MAP” terms and
conditions are final and cannot be contested.
