STEP BY STEP PROCESS IN PROCURING PRODUCT QUOTATION

1. FIRST, search for the product ID at https://smkj.regwiio.com. To search for the product, you need
enter the product ID. On the platform, click “ORDERS”, “PRODUCT SKU”, check “FUZZY SEARCH”
and paste the product ID and then click “SEARCH”.
2. When the search is done, find the product with the same product ID. CTRL + F to easily search
for the accurate product ID. Click the highlighted product ID in yellow.
3. It will automatically open another link for the description of the product for the quotation.
4. Save a screen shot of the product, then search for that product using the saved image on
https://pjjx.1688.com .
5. Using the screen shot/save image, click the “CAMERA ICON” to search for the specific product.
When done looking for the right product, compare product attributes from the client
preferences. When the product matches with the client preference, copy the “ALIBABA LINK”
and enter/copy paste it on the template or excel file for quotation.
6. The same shall also be done when looking for the product weight and price. If the product
weight is not indicated on the product description, you can ask the factory for the product
weight by chatting the factory store. Product price should be the highest, but in some product
that is looking for specific item, the price should be for the specific product only.
7. After looking for the needed details, identify the “PRODUCT MARKING” using the file provided.
After which, you can now calculate the cost of the “INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING” using the
platform.
8. On the platform, look for “LOGISTICS”, click “TRIAL CALCULATION OF FREIGHT”. Provide the
“PACKAGE WEIGHT”, select options for the “SPECIAL COMMODITIES” base on product marking.
Destination of Delivery is already on Default. Click “TYPE” and select “EXCLUSIVE TO GET GETC
OFFERS” and click “TRAIL CALCULATION OF FREIGHT COSTS. After clicking, the “ESTIMATED
SHIPPING COST” will appear.
9. Lastly, ask for a “ACTUAL PHOTO” of the product. If the factory is not able to send actual photo,
you can use the one provided on the product description but choose the nearest photo bearing
the actual product.
10. Save it on a folder and name the file using the “PRODUCT ID”
