Founded 4 years ago by three women directors, SkillEtz works tirelessly through its various initiatives
and Skill Development Programs.
Internship Overview:
We are seeking motivated, creative, and socially conscious college interns to join our team as
Content Writing and Social Media Marketing Interns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-
on experience while contributing to a mission that supports women-led businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing:
Draft engaging blog posts, success stories, and feature articles about women entrepreneurs.
Assist in developing website content, newsletters, and press releases through videos / flyers /
write-ups.
Research relevant industry trends and topics to inform content strategy.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Incase of an ongoing / upcoming program / event, to physically capture photos & videos for
content.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and
Twitter.
Develop campaign ideas to promote events, programs, and success stories.
Monitor social media trends and audience engagement metrics.
Collaborate on visual content (with guidance from design or use of tools like Canva / Video
editing tools).
Make Daily digital creatives on assigned topics.
Respond to comments and messages in alignment with the organization’s voice.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Communications, Marketing,
Journalism, or related fields preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about women's empowerment.
Experience with Canva, AI / ChatGPT, Google Workspace, or basic analytics tools is a plus.
