Backend Developer (Python) – Fresher

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious Backend Developer (Python) to join our fast-growing tech
team at Gnani.ai. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher who’s passionate about backend systems,
APIs, and building scalable tech products.

You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams—including AI/ML, frontend, and product—to build
the backend for AI-powered voice and conversational platforms that are transforming how enterprises
work.

What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Support real-time AI-based applications by designing robust data pipelines and integrations.
• Collaborate with the product and AI teams to deliver features that directly impact business users.
• Learn to manage services on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Work with modern databases and tools like MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team discussions as part of an Agile development
cycle.
• Get hands-on exposure to CI/CD workflows and real-world deployment environments.

What We’re Looking For


• A recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in Python programming and interest in backend development.
• Understanding of APIs, HTTP methods, and basic web architecture.
• Eagerness to learn technologies like FastAPI, Flask, cloud infrastructure, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and a collaborative team mindset.
• Problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.

Bonus Points For:


• Projects or internships related to backend systems, SaaS platforms, or cloud deployments.
• Exposure to DevOps tools, NLP, or conversational AI frameworks.
