APPLICATION U/S 311 CR.P.C FOR CALLING THE


WITNESS ON BEHALF OF THE COMPLAINANT.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -

1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble

Court and is at the stage for complainants’ evidence and is

fixed for 11.07.2025.

2. That the complainant seeks permission to examine as a

witness, (i). Jiya Ul Haq S/o Rahish R/o 128 Block F-1,

Sunder Nagri, Jhilmil, East Delhi-110095. (ii). Farzan

Ahmad S/o Irfan Ahmad R/o House No. F-2/102, Gali

No.3, Sunder Nagri, Mandoli North East Delhi-

110093, (iii) Shakeel S/o Shamshad R/o 350, Sathala,

Shathala, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh-250402, in support of her

case. Copy of the aadhar card of the witnesses for

kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court.


3. That the said witness was personally present at the time of

the complainant’s first marriage and subsequent divorce,

and was also present at the time of the second marriage of

the complainant with the respondent.

4. That the said witness has full knowledge of the relevant

facts and circumstances of both marriages, including the

place of solemnization and nature of ceremonies.

5. That no prejudice will be caused to the opposite marriage if

the said witness is permitted to be examined.

Prayer

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble

court may be please to: -

i. allow the complainant to examine the above-

mentioned persons as a witness in the present

matter.

ii. Pass any order or further order as may be deemed

just and proper in the interest of justice.
