Tea Cake Recipe

1 pound
Ingredients Grammage
Eggs 3
Icing sugar 125g
Plain flour( Maida) 125g
Butter / Oil /Ghee 125g/125ml/110g
Salt 1 pinch
Baking Powder ½ tea spoon
Lemon Essence/Vanilla Essence 2-3 drops
Food color (Yellow)(optional) 2 drops
Milk (optional) 1- Tab spoon or 2 tab spoon as per
requirement

Note:
Best quality tea cake Ko achieve karne ka lia butter ka istamal
karein.
1. Temperature for baking tea cake is 170-180 C, cake banany sa pahly oven
ko 200 C par pre heat zaror karein.
2. Bake time 25 -35 minutes , depending on the appearance of cake In oven.
Check time 25 mint ka bad ham cake ko nikal kar tooth pick insert kar ka
check kar lein gy ka aya ya full bake ho chukka ha ya nahi.
3. Tooth pick method yah ha ka aik tooth pick laein us ko cake ma insert
karein agr tooth pick dry bahir ate ha to is ka matlab cake andr tak bake ho
chukka ha agr toothpick pa koi material feel hota jo glazy ( chip chipa) ho to
than ap na oven ko preheat karna 200C par r us ka bad cake ko oven ma
dobara rakh daein r cake ka surface ka colour ko dakty howe 3-4 ya 4-5
mint k alai r bake karein.
4. Jis cake ka practical kia aj us ko almost 30 mint lagy full bake hony ma.
5. Cup cake ki timing 20 sa 25 mint hote ha bake hony ki .
6. Agr tooth pick available nahi to ap fork ki madad sa bhe cake ya cup cake
ko check kar skty haein .

Method:
1. Sab sa pahly mould tayar karein tea cake banany ka [Link] tayar karne ka tariqa yah
ha ka
2. Brush ki madad sa Oil greasing karein.
3. Butter paper ko mould k aka mutabiq cut kar lein. Cut karny ka tariq yah ha ka sab sa
pahly mould ko ulta karein , butter paper ko us ka bottom par rakhein, r scissor ki madad
sa cut kar lein. Is cut kia howe part ko mould ko sedha karne ka bad us ka andr set
karein, us ka bad butter paper ko mould ki sides ka mutabiq cut kar lein.
4. Oven ko 180-200 degree celcius par pre-heat kar lein.
5. Aik bowl ma 125g butter laein.
6. Us ma 125g sugar add karein.
7. Us ka bad dono ingredients ko achy sa mash kar lein Is tarah ka texture smooth and
shiny hona chahya.
8. Is ka bad is ma aik pinch salt add karein, jo baking process ko enhance karne ma madad
karta ha.r aik mint k alia dobara sa mash karein taka salt achy sa dissolve ho jaye.
9. Wash eggs before using.
10. Alahda piyali ma eggs check karny ka bad bowl ma mojod material ma aik aik kar ka 3
eggs dalein.

11. In eggs ko beater ki madad sa achy sa beat kar lein taka bowl ma eggs ki foam produce
ho jaye .
12. Agr ghar ma beater available nahi ha to ap blender ka istamal bhe kar skty haein.
13. Beater ko medium speed par use karna ha liquid material ko beat karne ka lia.
14. Beater ko 30 second istamal karne ka bad vanilla essence ka 2-3 drop liquid ma add
karein gy.
15. Material ma food colour ko bhe add kia ja skta ha 2-3drops.
16. Kam az kam 5-7 mint tak beat karein gy taka texture smooth r fluffy ho jaye. Us ka bad is
ma plain flour aur baking powder ko double stain karne ka bad material ma add kar
dein gy.
17. Note:Agr paste thick hota ha to is ko thin karne ka lia aik sa 2 tab spoon milk bhe add
kia ja sakta ha zarorat ka mutabiq taka texture smooth ho jaye.
18. After this we used a whisker to whisk the material present in the bowl, the whisking
technique is such that we will move the whisker up and down in round clock wise
direction until texture of material gets smooth and shiny.
19. Aik dafa material tayar ho jaye to us ko miould ma nikal laein . Mould ma nikalny ka bad
us ki surface par bubbles nahi hony chahya is ka lia ap mould ko aik sa 2 dafa jhatak
laein( shaken) jis sa wo bubble kahtm ho jaye gy.
20. Us ka bad mould ko oven ma rakh dein gy. Mould ko oven ma rakhty howe time note
karein gy. R nikalty howe bhe r ya time duration 30 -35 mint ka hona Chaya.

How to bake the tea cake?


1. Tea cake ko bake karne ka lia sab sa pahly ap nichy wale grill r FAN ko on kar dein gy
takreeban 25-30 mint guzarny ka bad cake ki condition ko dakhty howe ap cake ko nikal
laein gy,.
2. For example: cake ko 25 mint ka lia nichy wale grill aur Fan on kar ka bake karein gy ,is
tarah cake ka nichy wala hissa bake jaye ga.
3. Cake ki oper wale surface ko pakany ka lia akhree 2 mint ka lia oper wali grill fan ka sath
on kar dane ha r nichy wale grill ko band kar dana ha , is sa tea cake completely bake ho
jaye ga.
4. Mould ko oven sa bahir nikal kar cooling rack par 2-3 mint ka lia nikal kar rakh dein
taka temperature down ho jaye. Su ka bad is par sugar syrup ki brush ka sath coating
karein taka cake andr tak moist r Soft ho jaye, coating apply karne ka bad mould ko
foil paper sa wrap kar dein yah phir us par koi dosra khali mould rakh dein taka cake ki
surface dry na ho.
5. 10 min ka bad isy cooling rack par rakh dein. R thanda hony ka wait karien.
6. Us ka bad cake ko mould sa bahir nikalein r butter paper ko hata dein.
SUGAR SYRUP
 1 TAB SPOON WATER
 1 TAB SPOON ICING SUGAR

Mix them well and your sugar syrup is ready.

How to Bake tea cake at home if you donot


have oven at home?
1. Agr ap pas ghar ma oven nahi ha to us surat ma ap patila bhe istamal kar skty haein.
2. us ka tariq ya ha ka ap pahly salt ki aik inch ki layer patily ma laga dein,
3. us ka bad grill stand ko us ka center ma rakh dein,
4. us ka bad dhankan band kar ka usy pre heat kar lein.
5. Pre heat karty howe flame taiz rakhein.
6. Jase he wo heat up ho jaye mould ko grill stand par rakh dhankan achy sa band kar
dein r almost 35 mint tak low flame par bake hony daein.
7. Low flame itna ho ka wo patily ka bottom ko touch kare r side sat hora flame bahir
nikal raha ho agr patily ka size chota ho.
8. Is tariqa ma almost 5-7 mint zyada lagty haein.

For garnishing purpose


 You can use chop almonds , pistachios, powder sugar or nuts.
 We can also add resins, Asharfiyan (Candid fruits) in the batter before pouring in to
