Greetings from Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden
Thank you for considering us as a potential accommodation venue for the upcoming special
event, guests are scheduled to check-in on 23rd November, 2024 and check-out on 24th
November 2024 for 150 rooms.
In response to your request, we have developed the following proposal for your information
and kind consideration;

The rates mentioned above are non-commissionable and are subject to a 12.5% service charge
and 15% VAT (calculated on a compound basis). The actual service charge and VAT amount to
29.375%. These rates are valid only for the mentioned event only. If the government duty
structure changes or imposes additional supplementary duties/taxes on hotel services for any
reason, the new structure will apply to the quoted rates.
Note: There is no room block for the group. Please confirm the room block by
returning the signed offer letter by the cut-off date by October 3rd 2024.
The rates quoted above include the following facilities:

General Terms and Conditions
The rates quoted above are non-commissionable, even when the reservation is
made by the nominated travel agent of Celebration. The rates are subject to a 12.5%
service charge and 15% VAT (calculated on a compound basis, with an actual
service charge and VAT at 29.375%) and will remain valid only for the mentioned
event. If, for any reason, the government duty structure changes or the government
imposes additional supplementary duties/taxes on hotel services, then the new
structure will be applicable to the quoted rates.
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
For guests arriving before 2:00 PM, the hotel will make every effort to provide a
room. However, in order to guarantee room availability for check-in before 2:00 PM,
the room must be pre-booked for the previous night. In this case, an additional night's
room charge will apply.
Guests who Check-Out between 1200 hours and 1800 hours will be charged 50% of
the room rate, subject to availability. Guests who Check-Out after 1800 hours will be
charged the full room rate, subject to availability. Guests who Check-Out before the
original check-out date (the dates the rooms are blocked for) will be charged the full
amount as per the originally blocked rooms.
All booking requests must be confirmed in writing to the hotel by Celebration.
Through an official letter by October 3rd, 2024.
Celebration, Agrees not to disclose the room rates and volumes to any other person
or organization.
MODE OF PAYMENT: For confirmation, we require an advanced in advance before
the cutoff date. Please advise us.
No-shows will be charged for all rooms for the entire stay unless the hotel receives a
cancellation notice in writing 05 days before the guest's arrival
During Check-In, a credit card pre-authorization will be taken by the Front Office for
the respective guest to cover incidental expenses along with the room charges.
Should there be a reduction, release, or cancellation of room requirements of the
room blocks being held less than 05 days before the check-in date, or a wash-
down/shortfall on check-in, Celebration. Will be liable to pay the entire per-day rate
for the concerned number of rooms for the entire duration for which they had been
blocked and confirmed.

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden must be informed of any special requirements for
hospitality arrangements or registration of VIPs at least two weeks prior to arrival, for
both individuals and groups. The rooming list must include guest names, check-
in/check-out dates, flight information, and clear billing instructions. Requests for
specific room locations may be accommodated based on availability.
Any amendments to the particulars of bookings including rooming details, name
changes, flight details, check-in/check-out dates, etc. must be communicated to
Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden at least 96 hours prior to arrival. The hotel will
make every effort to accommodate these changes, but they are subject to availability.
Due to the limited availability of queen bedrooms at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water
Garden, they will be provided subject to availability.
In view of the limited availability of non-smoking rooms at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water
Garden, requests for such rooms must be clearly indicated in writing by specifying
the number of rooms needed, and they will be provided subject to availability.
Payment for all amounts related to International Centre for Celebration. To the
hotel must be made in Bangladesh Taka at the hotel's currency conversion
rate. The current rate is USD 1 = BDT 130, which is subject to change without
prior notice.
If a credit facility is required, Celebration. must send a formal communication on their
letterhead to Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, clearly indicating the service costs
for which the credit is being requested, such as room charges, meal charges, room
service charges, additional food and beverage consumption, cigarettes, liquor,
laundry, telecommunications, business center facilities/services, conference aids,
breakaway meeting/conference rooms including food and beverage consumption,
transportation, and all other services availed, including applicable taxes.
If credit facility formalities are not completed, all payments (including
accommodation, food, and incidentals) must be settled 24 hours before the team's
final check-out.

Room Block Cut-Off Date:
Please confirm the room block in writing by October 3rd, 2024. After that, the availability of
rooms for accommodation will remain subject to availability until October 3rd, 2024. We,
therefore, request you to confirm the room block with us before the end of the cut-off date.
Acceptance:
It is mutually understood that this is only a proposal and rooms will not be guaranteed until
Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden receives a signed copy of this proposal and General
Terms and Conditions November 25th, 2024.
