Job Description for Deep Learning Engineer (Computer Vision

Specialist)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Deep Learning Engineer with a strong background in
Computer Vision to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions for real-time
inference tasks. The ideal candidate will work with Axis IP-based cameras to develop and
deploy solutions for vehicle, object, and human detection, as well as system health
monitoring and traffic management. The successful candidate will have experience in
solving complex computer vision problems and will be responsible for ensuring the
accuracy and scalability of the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


1. Education:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in premier institutes with CSE, AI, IT or related


fields.

2. Experience:

 MLOps Pipeline Process


 Proven experience in deep learning, computer vision, and AI-based inference.
 Experience with real-time object detection frameworks (e.g., YOLO, Faster R-
CNN, RetinaNet).
 Solid understanding of image processing techniques, object detection, and
segmentation.
 Familiarity with camera integration and video streaming protocols (e.g., RTSP,
Axis IP cameras).

3. Technical Skills:

 Proficient in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, OpenCV.


 Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision
algorithms.
 Experience with performance optimization and deploying AI models on edge
devices or cloud platforms.
 Familiarity with tools for model deployment such as TensorFlow Lite, TensorRT,
or similar.

4. Additional Skills:

 Experience with camera calibration, fault detection (blur, sediment, etc.).
