SynQflow AI, a young and fast-growing startup, is dedicated to helping businesses optimize their
operations through AI automation and data-driven solutions. The organisation is pleased to explore a
partnership with SIES Graduate School of Technology, Nerul to offer valuable internship opportunities to
students in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
At SynQflow AI, we specialise in identifying real-world industry challenges and building AI-powered web
and app-based solutions to automate repetitive processes and enhance business productivity. As part of
our growth strategy, we are launching a structured 3-month Rolling Internship Program, offering your
students exposure to live projects, practical problem-solving, and industry insights.
📌 Internship Details:
● Departments: Web Development
● Number of Positions: 2
● Pre-Internship Period: 14 days (Orientation + Training)
● Internship Duration: 3 Months
● Timings:
Before College Reopens: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (6 hours — including a 1-hour break)
After College Reopens: 3 hours/day post-college timings (exact slots to be discussed and finalised
as per student schedule)
● Location: SIES Incubation Centre, Nerul
● Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop
● Preference: Candidates from Navi Mumbai preferred (however, students from other locations
can also apply provided travelling is not a constraint for them).

📌 Roles and Responsibilities:
● Website & Web App Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive,
high-performance websites and internal dashboards. Implement front-end interfaces using
modern web technologies (React preferred).
● Integration of AI Features: Collaborate with the team to integrate AI modules and APIs into web
applications. Create intuitive UIs for interacting with complex AI-driven services.
● Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the core team and AI developers to translate
project requirements into clean code. Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and
contribute ideas.
● Research & Tech Exploration: Keep up with trends in web development, frameworks, and AI
tools.
📌 Skills Required:
● Core Web Skills: Must have solid understanding of MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,
Node.js) with some experience in developing Web Applications.
● API Handling: Experience working with REST APIs or JSON-based APIs; understanding of basic
backend/frontend integration.
● Work Ethic: Highly motivated, reliable, and able to dedicate focused time daily to learning and
contributing.
● Communication Skills: Can document work clearly and explain technical concepts to others.
● Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
● Team Player: Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and learning

● Pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or related fields.
● Must have their personal laptop.
