WHAT IS THE
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?

You have two sections of the mind. The conscious


mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious
mind is the mind you are aware of and the one you
use to think. The subconscious mind is the mind
that processes information and controls your
behavior without your awareness. It stores
memories, beliefs, trauma and so on and so forth.
The conscious mind controls about 10% of your
decisions. The subconscious mind controls the rest
of the 90%. It is your natural instinct response.
The conscious mind is developed about 7 years
after your birth. The subconscious mind was being
taught and programmed by your environment for
the first 7 years of your life. If this shit is making
sense then continue.

Why does any of this matter? Your subconscious mind is
the real “you”. This is the mind that operates 24/7 even
while you are asleep. This is the mind that will influence
your emotions and decisions that will lead to the results
you have in life. Why do some people seem to have life
on easy mode while you work your ass off and somehow
you’re still broke than a motherfucker? Is it because
you’re not lucky? Of course not because there is no such
thing as luck. Things don’t just magically happen
without a cause. It is because of the subconscious mind.
People born into wealth or around wealth can lose it all
and then somehow “magically” get it all back. Why?
Because of the subconscious mind programming. This
person did not grow up with a poverty belief or
association towards money so their subconscious mind is
not keeping them away from money compared to a
person who grew up in poverty and has a bad
association towards money. Look, I know this might
sound complicated but let me break it down as simple as
this. If you’re broke right now or you struggle to get
money no matter what you do, it’s because your
subconscious mind is fucking broke. Now let’s fix it.

STEP 1
Change your self image. Once again CHANGE YOUR
SELF IMAGE! You can’t be financially stable if you
still view yourself as a broke person. You can’t be
confident and get girls if you still view yourself like a
little dick bitch. You can’t be strong and kind hearted if
you still view yourself like a weak stubborn individual
that blames the world for his/her problems but not
him/herself. A poor man can never be a rich man if he
still views himself as poor. Who do you want to be?
Seriously who do you want to be? Answer that question
then come back here.

Ok did you figure that out? Yes or no? Yes? That’s


great motherfucker that’s who you are now. Simple.
Nothing to debate about or prove. You wanted to be
that person and now you are. How does it feel? I bet it
feels good. See how easy that was? That’s called an
identity shift. You don’t have to take shrooms, smoke
weed or some other bullshit to have an identity shift.
You have one when you finally accept who you are and
stop bullshitting. I know you probably been a loser
your whole fucking life but who cares. You’re not
anymore and that is what matters. Now let’s figure out
who you are further.

Now since you’re a NEW person. Someone that has
money and is happy and all the other good shit. Answer
these questions as the new beautiful person you are:

What time do you wake up in the morning?


What type of people do you hang around?
What do you eat?
Do you workout and if so how often?
What do you do career wise? Do you love it?
What do you believe in?
How do you view money? Do you hoard it or invest it?
How do you feel emotionally on a daily basis?
Do you take care of your body in multiple ways? If so
then how? (ex: cold plunge, running, grounding etc)
What clothes do you wear?
Where do you live?
What places do you travel to?
Do you read a lot of books? Do you apply the
information that you gain from books and convert them
into tangible results?
Are you stubborn? Are you open minded?
Do you know who you are and where you are going?
How do you react to problems in life?
When you’re not working, what do you do? Do you have
any hobbies?
Do you scroll on social media frequently?

I hope you wrote the answers to those questions down, if
you didn’t then congratulations!

You’re bullshitting. To the ones that did write the answers


down I hope you answered them as the new individual
you wanted to be and now are. Now look at those
answers. Do you like them? If so that’s great because now
it’s time to fucking do that. If you said you wake up at 6
am then wake up at 6 am. If you said you eat healthy then
eat healthy. If you said you invest money then INVEST
MONEY. Do whatever you answered. That is embodying
who you are now and BECOMING it. Once you become
it, you will have whatever you deserve. A lot of you
motherfuckers want to have millions when you are not a
millionaire. You want to have nice things when you are
not the person who deserves nice things. Do the things
that the version of you who has your dream life does.
Then you will become that version and have the things
you desire. This is what manifestation is. Not writing
what you want 3 6 9 times in your diary and hoping it
happens. That’s bullshit. When you want to manifest
something. Ask yourself who do you need to become to
have that something. When you start believing you are
that person. You will start receiving ideas from your
subconscious mind on how to get that thing you desire.
This is manifestation.

Let’s close the chapter with this. You receive what you
believe. If you believe you are broke then you will not
receive ideas that can make you rich. Read that again.
The subconscious mind controls who you are, your
beliefs and the results you attain in life. You slowly start
to reprogram it over time by changing your self image.
The main objective is to fucking be it. Just be it. You’re
the greatest version of yourself. Is that version writing in
a fucking diary over and over about how rich they are?
Is that version hanging with low life individuals who will
amount to nothing but dust and a waste of oxygen? Is
that version bitching and complaining about things that
it can and cannot control? Is that version making
excuses for not showing up and doing the bare
minimum? Probably not. Also, do not read this ebook
and think “I have to work so hard after this and stay on
my shit”. You’re still thinking like a broke
motherfucker. Broke people work hard to prove
something and then burn out and accomplish nothing.
Financially successful people do what they have to do
and stay consistent without burning out. It’s not about
getting 10-15 things done a day. That’s the work ethic of
a broke person trying to get out of poverty. These hustle
gurus will tell you to work hard all day because they get
paid to tell you dumbasses to work hard while all they
do is talk. Get 3-5 things done a day that matter the
most and stay consistent. Simple.

STEP 2
Listen to repeated affirmations and/or Subliminal's.
What is the point of this? Your mind does not know
the difference between truth or lie. It only knows what
it is given and it is built on repetition. Some of y’all
have been saying you’re broke for years and wonder
why you’re broke. It would be hard for me to be
happy if I was telling myself “I’m depressed” 24/7.
Now am I NOT saying to say 1000 times “Im rich” a
day. No. Because who has time for that. Listening to
repeated affirmations and/or Subliminal's does the
work for you. You can listen to them throughout the
day and/or at night. At night is better because your
conscious mind is asleep leaving your subconscious
mind fully aware and able to absorb without the
defense of your conscious mind influencing it.
Subliminal’s are repeated affirmations in the
background of an audio that your conscious mind
can’t pick up but your subconscious mind can pick up
especially while you’re asleep. If you want to learn

named Bob Proctor. Down below you can click the
