Our special feature
DESIGN Our Designs, parts & Dimensions are as per I.S.I Standards; efficiency IE3. All motors
are designed at the knee out of B/H curve.
FRAME & Our Steel made Frames ensure greater strength & standard type production.
ENCLOSURE Ventilation is provided by strong fan.
WINDINGS In the standard version, all motors have separate excitation, the field going shunt
wound. Compound or series winding can be supplied on request. The Shunt Coils are
wound in such a way with Main Pole that, solid inter-pole & main-pole base would
withstand any type of vibration. Coils made of copper conductors are insulated & then
vacuum impregnated with high grade varnish ensuring resistance against acids, oil &
moisture. In higher versions Thermostatic receivers are placed between the coils to
protect the windings against overheating.
BEARINGS All bearings and their internal clearances have been especially selected based on load
carrying ability, thermal stresses and speed range consistent with ample bearing life.
COMMUTATORS Manufactured Cylindrically, with hard-drawn copper and V-Groove segments of high
& COMMUTATION conductivity, insulated by a mica sheet in between. Complete commutator is baked for
high temperature testing.
BRUSH BOX & All motors utilize top-cushioned brushes for low-vibration operation. Brush holders are
BRUSHES extruded metal. The constant pressured springs do not need adjustment. Brush Gear is
made of strong, special design- but with simple construction- making it possible for
shafts to rotate easily at low speeds with noise-free service.
ARMATURE Armatures are built of high-quality Standard Steel Laminations, securely insulated from
each other and clamped together under high pressure ensuring low heating losses.
Coils and wire-winding is strictly as per insulation class 'F'. Armature are Dynamically
Balanced to ensure low vibration operations.
TESTS & Each motor is given routine tests to determine that it is free from electrical or
TESTING mechanical defects and to provide assurance that it meets design specifications. All
products are thoroughly & vigorously tested on special Heavy Duty Test Bench and
Dynamometer. All windings are put to insulation test with lowest rate of 1.5 to 2 KV.

Electrical Items we manufacture for Industries
DC SERIES MOTOR
High quality the armature, commutator, stator, axle,
field windings, stator and brushes. The motor
winding can be fabricated with solid gauge wire.
We take care to not permitting a big number of
twists. The winding can be fabricated with solid
copper bars because it assists in simple as well as
efficient heat dissipation generated accordingly by
a large amount of current flow during winding.

SHUNT WOUND DC MOTOR
DC shunt wound motors operate with constant speed,
are suitable for reversing as standard, and are able to
control their speed by means of a variable resistance
in series with the armature.
SEPARATELY EXCITED DC MOTOR
This motor type provides excellent speed control and is ideal
for applications requiring precise speed adjustment, such
as laboratory equipment and test systems. Voltage 12-

PMDC MOTOR
PMDC motors have permanent magnets in the stator that provide
the magnetic field needed to make it function. This is an alternative
to traditional brushed or brushless DC motor. Voltage 48-440V;
Speed 1500-3000 RPM; Power 0.5-15 HP.
DC COMPOUND MOTOR
Compound DC motor is combination of a shunt wound DC motor
and a series-wound DC motor, the compound wound motor
hence has fairly good speed regulation characteristics

SPLIT PHASE INDUCTION MOTORS
Generally, refers to the single-phase ac power
supply (AC220V) supply of small power Split phase
induction motor. The motor usually has a two-phase
winding on the stator and a common squirrel cage
rotor. The distribution of two-phase winding on stator
and the difference of power supply can produce
different starting and running characteristics

UNIVERSAL MOTOR
This motor is specially designed series motor that
operates approximately same speed and output on
either alternating and direct current driving all kinds
of machinery. It has variable speed and high starting
torque characteristics.
VIBTATOR MOTOR
Vibrator Motor consists of an electric motor with
unbalanced weights attached to both ends of the
shaft. It is a very simple and effective design in order
to minimize the harmful effects of vibration on the
motor and maximize the service life. Our motors are
reliable even in harsh environments such as deserts or at sea, and for use
outdoors in all weather conditions.

BEARING BLOCK
A pillow block or bearing block usually refers to a housing with an included anti-friction bearing, wherein
the mounted shaft is in a parallel plane to the mounting surface, and
perpendicular to the center line of the mounting holes, as contrasted
with various types of flange blocks or flange units. The type of rolling
element defines the type of pillow block.
Bearing housings are usually made of grey cast iron. However,
various grades of metals can be used to manufacture the same,
including ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, and various types of
thermoplastics and polyethylene-based plastics. The bearing element
may be manufactured from 52100 chromium steel alloy (the most
common), stainless steel, plastic, or bushing materials such as
SAE660 cast bronze, or SAE841 oil impregnated sintered bronze, or
synthetic materials.

HOUSING
Housing is an exterior case or enclosure used to protect an interior mechanism. The housing
prevents the interior mechanism from being
fouled by outside debris. It may also have
integrated fittings or brackets to keep internal
components in place, sometimes housing is the
body of the device, vital to its function. The gear
housing is a mechanical housing that surrounds
the mechanical components of a gear box. It
provides mechanical support for the moving
components, a mechanical protection from the
outside world for those internal components, and
a fluid-tight container to hold the lubricant that bathes those components.
V PULLEY
A Pulley is a mechanism composed of a wheel on an axle or shaft that may have a groove between
two flanges around its circumference. A rope, cable, belt, or
chain usually runs over the wheel and inside the groove, if
present Pulleys are used to change the direction of an applied
force, transmit rotational motion or realize a mechanical
advantage in either a linear or rotational system of motion.
They are produced in standard series and dimensions. They
are made of gray cast iron. The pulleys are supplied as semi-
finished products and the bore must be modified before
mounting the pulleys on the shafts.
Pulleys are made with Aluminum, Mild steel, Cast Iron & Nylon materials.

SCREW JACK
A jackscrew, or screw jack, is a type of jack that is operated by turning a
lead screw. It is commonly used to lift moderately and heavy weights,
such as vehicles; to raise and lower the horizontal stabilizers of aircraft;
and as adjustable supports for heavy loads, such as the foundations of
houses.
SHAFT (ECCENTRIC & CONCENTRIC)
The eccentric shaft is an essential part of the fully variable valve lift control. The valve lift changes
continuously from maximum to almost zero by rotating
/ pivoting the eccentric (shaft) by means of an electric
motor. This is a SELZER product, as a one-piece forged
blank was replaced by individual parts (shaft, eccentric,
control-sleeve gear). This shaft had to be “built” as a
precision needle bearing is used between the
eccentrics.
BENCH VISE
An engineer's vise, also known as a metalworking
vise, machinist's vise, or, informally, a "bench
vise", is used to clamp metal instead of wood. It is
used to hold metal when filing or cutting. It is
sometimes made of cast steel or malleable cast
iron, but most are made of cast iron. The jaws are
often separate and replaceable, usually engraved
with serrated or diamond teeth. Soft jaw covers
made of aluminum, copper, wood (for
woodworking) or plastic may be used to protect
delicate work. The jaw opening of an engineer's vise generally equals its jaw width, though it may be
wider.

DRILL MACHINE
There are numerous types of drilling machines that we offer,
utilized by the industries according to their demand and
requirement for the procedure. An all-geared radial drilling
machine is one of our heavy-duty drilling machines used for
drilling strong and robust metals/materials. The pillar drilling
machine is another type of drilling machine, and its shape and
structure resemble the pillar, therefore the equipment's name is the pillar drilling machine.
CONVEYOR BASE ROLLER
Conveyor rollers are used in unpowered (gravity-flow) roller conveyors, powered roller conveyors,
roller-bed belt conveyors, and material transport stands to
support and move bulky items such as boxes and totes.
These replacement rollers can be used to replace or
upgrade the existing rollers on compatible conveyors or
stands. Each roller has a spring-retained axle that can be
pushed in to install or remove the roller from the conveyor
frame or stand. The rollers let loads roll from one place to another, reducing the effort it takes to move
the loads in warehousing, package handling, manufacturing, and distribution tasks. Loads roll forward
and back on the rollers.

Universal Conveyor Pulleys ensures continuous operation with
increased bearing life and reduced power consumption, in a way, the
shell is made from heavy tubes or fabricated from steel plates, pulley
shafts of carbon steel machined with proper bore and keyway (taper
lock bushings are also offered being optional), shafts fitted with anti-
friction self-aligning ball bearings, pulley drum furnished with high
quality rubber lagging grooved properly to resist slippage and conforms.

1. Solving the sourcing challenge in Bokaro Steel Plant: Non-standard Russian make motor
