II. RATIONALE:
Regular repair and maintenance of the school water system are essential to
ensure the health and safety of students and staff by preventing waterborne diseases
and maintaining hygienic facilities. Clean water access improves student
concentration, reduces absenteeism, and supports environmental responsibility
through water conservation. Economically, preventive maintenance saves costs in the
long run and enhances the school's infrastructure. A well-maintained water system
also positively impacts the school's image and contributes to community health.

VI. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
The implementation of this project will be managed by the School Head under
the close supervision and monitored by the School Facilities Coordinator and will
submit report as to the status of the project upon the termination of the work
duration.
VII. RECOMMENDATION:
It is hereby recommended to allocate funds of Fifty-eight Thousand Pesos
Only in the implementation of the provision of repair and maintenance of School
Water System.

building, facilities and other school properties from lawless elements.
That the Second Party offered his service as a caretaker/watchman of the First
Party, which the latter accepted his services as a caretaker/watchman, subject to terms and
conditions herein below stipulated, to wit;
That the term of the service contract shall be for a period of three (3) months, to
commence on April 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 subject to the renewal at the option of the First
Party;
That the First Party shall pay the Second Party as a caretaker/watchman through the
school MOOE in the amount of Php4,000.00 as his monthly honorarium;
That the Second Party will secure the safety of school properties plant and
equipment.
