POSITION Management Trainee
FUNCTION GTM (Go-to-Markets)
LOCATION Kochi / Gurgaon
Background:
The Go-to-Market (GTM) department drives strategic initiatives to transform the Sales and
Marketing functions of V-Guard. The GTM function designs / develops and impacts the Sell in / Sell
out and Sales Tech stack for the organization. Sell in includes designing current and future fit
Distribution & Channel Strategies / New Channel Architecture / Net Revenue Management tools /
New Product Launches / Cost to Serve optimization etc. Sell out Programs include Sales
Transformation programs like Sales Force Automation tools / Distributor management Systems,
Influencer & Loyalty programs etc. Sales Tech includes all future Tech programs enabling Sales
Teams / other functions to use AI/ML tools to run their business more effectively. This includes
Predictive Tech/ Gen Ai Programs / Analytics etc. The overall objective of GTM is to be the strategic
arms of the organization to create strong impact on overall ways of working of the organization
/lead Process and tech re-engineering / enabling all functions to take faster and better decisions /
prepare organization for the future landscape and ultimately drive the Top line / Net Profit
priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM team as we design & drive strategic decisions. You
will play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions by presenting information in
innovative ways.
This is a very high visibility role with the opportunity to learn from the V-Guard leadership directly
about high-priority initiatives and collaborate with colleagues throughout the firm and across teams
to help grow the business's top & bottom line. You will work at the intersection of business and
technology, continuously developing your leadership, management, and communication skills in the

Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading different levers of the GTM in areas of designing and implementing in GTM Architecture/
Channel Strategy / Cost Optimization/ Sales Influencer and Loyalty Programs / Sales Tech
Transformation/ Process Reengineering.
•Simulate / identify business opportunities for categories / geographies basis Analytics / market
understanding.
•Work closely with NPHs and Category teams to align business objectives.
•Benchmark similar programs of competition / other industries for best practices.
•End to end thinking in terms of designing / development / roll out
Leading Analytics / Insights for your programs in terms of effectiveness/ impact using Analytical
and visualization tools.
•Lead Cost simulation / ROI Simulation of the program construct
•Use tools like Tableau /Power BI / Macros / Advance Excel / Python, R
Delivering Business objectives of all the programs via strong Governance/ Reviews with Sales teams/
Product Heads / Other Stakeholders | Ensuring positive ROI of all programs.
•Regular reviews with all stakeholders
•Enabling Sales Teams with Call to Action based dashboards to deliver on priorities
•Strong end to end governance of the program
•Delivering Input and Output parameters of the program
Build strong vendor connections for running and expanding programs where applicable
•Work with exiting vendor on program management / Change requests management/timely
deployment of new modules and capabilities
•Build future capabilities with the vendor with 6 month/ 1 year horizon
•Understand the market landscape with other leading vendors on influencer programs and develop
strong external connections
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
PGDM (Major in Marketing & Strategy Preferred)
SKILLS &
COMPETENCIES • Hands-on experience in working on projects involving structured
and/or unstructured data
• Technical expertise in Data Modelling, and Statistical Data
Analysis with knowledge of visualization tools like
Tableau/PowerBI.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives
meaningful change independently
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn / display out of box thinking / be proactive/
understand V-Guard business / Product categories
• Good Communication skills with business & finance acumen to
deliver presentations to management
• Excellent at collaboration and managing stakeholders to be an
effective team player
