RETIREMENT PROGRAM
ROVIE: A time to look back with satisfaction, a time to look ahead with anticipation, and
more time to fill each day with enjoyment!
GRACE: And a grand adventure is about to begin…
BOTH: Goodmorning ladies and gentlemen, and welcome here at Lam-ag Elementary
School, celebrating this momentous Retirement/ Outgoing Program, A Tribute to Maam
Marilyn O. Lazo and of course to Maam DEvie B. Tilo, our support staff.
ROVIE: May we all stand and Rekindle the God’s Love through a prayer to be led by the
selected LES learners to be followed by the Singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be
conducted by Mrs. Delita L. Biscarra.
GRACE: Please be seated. Thank you so much Maam Delit and learners. Once again, Isang
Mabiyayang Araw po sa ating lahat! What about a masigabong palakpakan po para sa Araw
na ito!
ROVIE: Ladies and gentlemen, we all know why we have been gathered here for. Today we
have all gathered here as a family to honor, appreciate and pay tribute to the precious and
beloved family members of Lam-ag Elementary School on their retirement day and
outgoing.
GRACE: And now, the words of welcome will be given to us by the passionate and
enthusiastic School principal of Lam-ag Elementary School, Dr. Elsa P. Bliss. A round of
applause.
ROVIE: Thank you Maam. At this moment, let’s witness the presentation of KINDER and
GRade 1 as a tribute to our honorees. Let’s give them around of applause.
GRACE: So, at this moment, one of the highlights of this celebration are the heartfelt
messages from our dear teachers to Maam Marilyn. So let’s begin with Ma’am Beverly
Biscarra.
Rovie: Another hearty message from Maam Merry Grace B. Baltazar.
Let’s hear another message from Maam Gaudelia S. Barbosa.
Grace: Thank you so much maam. So before we continue our iyakan moments, let’s witness
first the tribute presentation of Grade 2 and Grade 3 pupils. Let’s give them a big big hand.
Grace: At this moment, let’s continue giving our inspirational and thanksgiving messages to
Maam Marlyn. So, let’s begin with the Grade 4 teachers, Maam Rovie May T. Masing to be
followed by Maam Zenaida B. Borda.
Rovie: Let’s welcome our Grade 5 advisers, Maam Lorena P. Ta-a and Sir Laudemio G.
Bolante.
Rovie: May we call on stage, the Grade 6 advisers, Sir Jobert E. Borda and Maam Delita L.
Biscarra.
Grace: Thank you so much dear teachers, I believe Maam Marilyn’s heart is already filled
with so much joy hearing those messages. But Maam just sit and relax,there’s more, its just
the first iyakan part.
Rovie: Now, Let’s welcome our hardworking and ever supportive GPTA president for his
tribute message to Maam Marilyn, a round of applause to Mr. Wilfredo L. Baruela.
Grace: At this juncture, let’s witness another presentation from Grade 4 and Grade 5 pupils.

Rovie: At this juncture, an earnest message will be shared to us by one of our pillars in
Education, a woman of kindness and generosity when it comes to sharing her knowledge
and skills, our Public Schools District Supervisor, pls welcome Maam Analyn F. Atmosfera. A
round of applause.
Grace: Thank you so much Maam, Now, let’s welcome our Grade 6 pupils in their
presentation. Let’s give them a big big hand.
Grace: At this moment, let’s welcome our active and dedicated school pricipal of Lam-ag
Elementary school to share her hearty message. Let’s give her a round of applause.
Rovie: Tahnk you so much Maam. We all know that our honoree, who serve as teacher, leader,
friend and a family member offered a great contribution and coordination in the growth, headway,
and expansion of this organization.
Grace: And her dedication, commitment and all her attitude towards, tasks have been an
inspiration for all the teaching and non teaching and especially the learners and the wide
community.
Rovie: So, at this moment, another highlight of this celebration is the Memories to Ponder…
it is Reminiscing the Honoree’s Life… A journey of Service. Roll VTR.
Grace: At this moment, let’s welcome Helena Lucia P. Barbosa , a Grade 5 pupil for her
special number for Maam Marilyn. A big big hand.
Rovie: At this juncture, to express appreciation and recognition…. May I call on.. our Public
Schools District Supervisor, Maam Analyn F. Atmosfera.
Grace: Our school principal, Dr. Elsa P. Bliss.
Rovie: and to all teaching and non-teaching staff of LES and BES to award plaque and tokens.
Grace: Let me read to you the citation.
Rovie: Thank you so much Maam, Now, may I call on the different school organizations to
hand over their token to our honoree, let’s begin with SELG officers.
Grace: BKD and YES-O,
Rovie: and the representatives per grade level.
Grace: Thank you so much kids. Now may I call on Mr. Jobert Pol E. Borda for his testimony.
Rovie: To our honoree and will forever be part of Department of Education, You fulfilled all
your professional ambitions. Now is the time to achieve your personal aspirations.
Grace: Retirement is the start of life’s golden phase. Give your childhood dreams one final
chase.And this event will not be completed without her nice and notable response…
BOTH: Without further ado, let’s welcome the Master Teacher II of Lam-ag Elementary
School our HONOREE, Maam Marilyn O. Lazo.
Grace: Thank you so much Maam. And once again congratulations and enjoy your next
journey and adventure.
Rovie: and to give her closing remarks, may I call on, our kinder teacher Maam Beverly G.
Biscarra.
Grace: May I request everyone to please rise for the closing prayer to be led by Mr.

Rovie: Before we end this program, let’s welcome the teaching and non-teaching staff of
