 ABSTRACT OF THE PROJECT

This Excel project is based on “Sales Data Analysis”. It allows users to visualize the quarterly
profit and loss of a business. Additionally, it displays the total quantity by payment mode for
each quarter.

The dashboard is dynamically linked to the data, ensuring that any changes in the data automatically
update the dashboard.

 INTRODUCTION

ADVANCED EXCEL is a proprietary application developed by Microsoft Corporation. It

allows users to connect, transform, and visualize data.
Advanced Excel enables users to create visuals and a collection of visuals that can be shared as
reports with colleagues or clients within an organization.

 CONCLUSION

Advanced Excel is a powerful tool for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. It enables
users to efficiently handle and transform data, but it has limitations in terms of data capacity,
performance, collaboration, and automation.

 FUTURE SCOPE

1. In this project, I was displaying the sum of sales by segment and region, but in
the future, I will show the sum of sales by country.
2. I will show the sum of profit by country with MAP chart.
3. I will explain the data more clearly as per as client requirement.
