Company Selection
Choose any two well-known Indian companies (preferably from different sectors –
e.g., Infosys vs. Tata Motors, Wipro vs. ITC, HDFC Bank vs. Maruti Suzuki).
Avoid start-ups or companies with limited publicly available HR data.
